I have purched SAUNA BELT from AAA Tele Shoping when i purched SAUNA BELT i got a call your excutive thn i alreday conform with him i have skin problem since 2 yrs before that time i got skin problem so already discuses with him if SAUNA BELT is not comfortable on my skin thn will return he told me ya if i will not like product thn they will refund money within 15 days. I used 2 days and got skin infaction on my stomach skin after using SAUNA BELT and spoked with your customer care excutive he told me send courier at AAA TELE SHOPING PVT LTD. and they will be hange product or refund money i send courier to name of MR. ADITYA VERMA AND ANIL SHRIVASTAVA they didnt receive my courier and return back to me when i return back my courier at the time i called at there to mr aditya verma that he was on leave and he didnt receive my call thn i called at AAA TELE SHOPING talked with MR. AASHU he told me ya MR. ADITYA VERMA on leave when he will come office he will be revert back to me after two weeks i was waited call but they didint reply me always i was call at there they always repeat same reply ya mam we will be inform you in shorty but always got same ans from them people and today i had talked with MR. ADITYA VERMA about money they told me they wil be not refund money whatever i want to do i will do they dont care they already got product SAUNA BELT two time i send courier one time they retrun back again and two time i conform there you got curier was conform with MR. AASHU he told to me he will not received thn i told to him i got information from courier man they give me conformation for received courier then he accepted ya mam i got your courier and i give to him all deatils are RECEIPT NO 5103868 FROM THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS DATE 10/07/09 WEIGHT 800GM AND CONSIGNEE TO MR ANIL SHIRVASTVA. I was saffer since more than 2 months regarting this matter now they told me agian behalf of SAUNA BELT i will take unother product ya when i need other product but that time they dont have and reply me doestnt have that product so MR ADITYA VERMA told to me mam i will confrom with my seniorr person and refund your money i was waited since 4 to 5 days again they didnt contact with me again i called at there he told me they dont give refund money take other product than i said to him i will take action on your company they told me whatever i want i do they dont care about this and at the time cut my call again i called at customer care department they didnt transfer phone to customer care and cut my call see this complain copy will send also CONSUMER COMPLAINTS i send you link you will seen on on this link also take media action if you are not refund back my money becouse you already commited before bought product so why not stand on your words.

aaa — Refund of Fees

Sir/Madam,

I had Taken Admission in IME,Sahibabad in year 2008 for PGDM Course. I submitted fees for first year around(1 Lakh 30 Thousand Rupees). . After that i suffered with medical complications. By chance, I have the fees receipt also. I told my problem to the director and concerned person of your college.As, i had not attended a single class, and as my doctor recommended me for taking full time bed rest, i have logical reasons asking for refund of my fees. I even requested to deduct some amount of money and refund the remaining as i had taken educational loan and i cann't incure this much amount of loss. In addition i also told if your institute cann't refund my money back, please provide me the laptop according to institute policy. But all these efforts in vain. It's now more than 1 year.

I am again requesting you to please look into this matter and find some solution out of that.

I was also purchased SAUNA BELT from AAA Tele Shoping. It is not comfortable for me and i am suffering from allergies. I reported about this to Tele shoping no one can come and return back to me always delay it.

Then i discussed with my friend she suggest me to register the complaint at http://www.consumer-voice.org. After few days i got the response from company.
