In Anna nagar (near chennai) A company named AAvanor Systems, without recruiting the people they simply conducting the written test with fee of about 30 Rs from each of them who are attending the test, without the intentions of recruiting the people ... they didn't get monet for written test when i took the aps (1st level exam)..recently jan 2011 it's surprising that a company activity is viewing diffrently by all aboven persions.

aavanor is very worst company.. do go to the interview in that company.
FRAUDUKELLAM FRAUD:
Its one of the world mostest fraud company...the company advertise in net and newspapers requirement for dotnet and java,
but not preference to dot net ...only java requirement is going on and its not require for female candidates so all female candidates and Dotnet platform members dont attend the company waste ur time.
HIGHLIGHT :
3 years bond and then work for north in hospitalization environment. first 3 month training period.first one month training period no salary salary increase for 3 yrs, first yr 10000, and 2nd yr 12000, and then 3rd 15000.
incase of releaving this company you must pay for 50000 and additional you pay the amount for worked all month salary...
i am already attend that company its very poor environment, i think that is not a software process only going on technical support hospitalization bugging area ...

but my friend aravindhan payed rs.3o/- to attended the interview he got placed, now he got 10, 100.RS/permonth i am murugavel now me too atnd the interview coming week...

Aavanor company is developing HMS softwares.
These are there requiting process,
1.Programing puzzles, jdbc and some sql queries, Duration : 1.30 hours.
2.Form designing test (You have to design a form in htm, css and jsp with options like add, delete, update and clear and backend is oracle so concendrate on oracle - jdbc connections), Duration : 3 hours.
3.HR Interview(Non technical, they are asking only personal details), Duration :15 minutes.
4.Non verbal reasoning (Conducted by M.D himself, you have to work it out, infront him and justify your answer ), Duration : 30 minutes.
First and second round is conducted on different days where 3rd and 4th round are conducted on the same day.
Package details,
1.Yes, there is bond for 37 months which requires surity signed by a govt employee .
2.1 month zero pay.
3.Next 12 months 9500+2000(Optional incentive)
4.Next 12 months 10500+2500(Optional incentive)
5.Next 12 months 12500+3500(Optional incentive)
