It is over a month - yet to get the feedback from
Hello Sir/Mam,
I have purchase air bed cum sofa from the website http://www.5in1airsofabed.com. The wesite only have one contact no. that is [protected] and their is no future contact details of the site. And the lady who picks the call trying to play games with me. After attending one call, she had never picked my call again. I got the delivery of the air bed cum sofa. But the air pump proviede with the sofa was the defective peace. I asked her for the replacement but she is not replying, rather she is not even bothering to rply my call. Every time i call on this stupid no.([protected]), she never attend my call.
Apart from all these things, i also haven't got bill of my product, not even the carry bad and the warranty card.
Could anyone please help in providing any other contact no. of the web site or Delhi address of the website, so that i can sue this stupid website .

I too have the same problm with the company. Their webpage www.abcircleproinia.com has one call number [protected] which is only for booking order and once the item is delivered, smartly these people avoid the calls from the same number. Product came witha lot of defects. Importantly, the |_| rod joining both the knee pad comes out once you start swinging sideways and it is very dangerous as you may break the back. As a result, i am unable to use the product at all. Conveneitly, if i return the product, they would deduct 20%, and the question ies where and to whom to as their site does not give the any addres Have lodged compalints to their product division [protected] / and to mr Lalit [protected], till date no one attends to my complaint and they conveniently ignore my number. Seek your immediate intervention
