[Resolved]  Abhaya Gas Service, Durgapur - 713204 / Indane Gas (Lpg) — Misbehavior and No response

My consumer no. is AG 12874. Ihave gas connection from Abhaya Gas Service, D-Sector Market, Durgapur-713204 at satll No. 19. I am residing at NIT Durgapur Campus, Durgapur-713209.
They refused to take booking several times and misbehaved with a senior citizen.
Did not supplied gas two-three weeks after booking.
It's surprised having seen these type of services.
There phone line is always busy.

I am also holding gas connection from abhay gas service consumer no 17523 .I don't know why there phone is always either out of order or busy .kindly look into this matter .
i am also not able to book through telephone for the last several days.
they need to improve service
I am trying to book for cylinder refill for the past three days continuously, but I am unable to. The phone[protected] is continuously ringing but no one lifts it. The very next moment engaged tone comes-from which it appears that phone is Ok but no-one is deliberately lifting it even though person is physically present there.. It is not clear why they do so? when their main concern must be to listen to phone call and attend to their need.
Their phone is always busy or out of order. Please look into the matter. Booking by SMS does not work. Who will look into the matter.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that the in several cases the cylinders being distributed at homes in durgapur City Centre locality are often old and as we know that its unsafe to use old dated cylinders. The cylinders come in bad condtion too.
I wish to communicate the issue to you so that this matter is taken care of in due time.

The customers of Indane Gas connection through M/s Abhaya Gas services are not able to book the refill requirement. Their phone 2568677 is always engaged artificially and no person respond to the call even if it rings. I wonder why they survive at all, if they do not want customers to contact them and book for refill.
I appeal to M/s IOC to reconsider their licence to them and arrange for some other service provider who can extend good service to their customers.
I am holding gas connection from Abhaya Gas Service with Consumer no 00064.I have booked a gas cylinder via auto booking system on 14.04.12.SMS message sent to me on 06.05.12 reads refill booking 202779 & cash memo 831 generated.On enquiry at Abhaya Gas premises, on 14.04.12 they gave out that there is no cash memo in my name & delivery for booking for 18.04 & 19.04 is on progress. Again on 15.05.12 after several requests they stated that my gas cylinder was not received at my house as no one was available. Pl.note that I have my old mother staying in my house & my spouse is a housewife. So, the question of not finding anyone is a blatant lie.On demand of explanation the person on desk stated that I was free to lodge a complain anywhere & nobody can touch or do anything to straighten things.If his is the state of Indane Gas distribution & as all the complaints over here show against Abhaya Gas Service- I hope some actions are taken at least to show the existence of a consumer & customer service cell of Indian Oil.
