i am subash.S.I, I had a very bad experience with ABT parcel service. Last week Saturday[protected], I have send a computer accessories parcel to my native place from porur ABT parcel service branch. After delivered the parcel only i have noticed that 512MB RAM is missing in cpu. Against this issue i met the particular incharge Mr.Paramasivam but i didn't get proper response from him, At last i filed my complaint as a written statement over there on 16/07/2009 to that concerned person.
Because of this problem i lost my hope on ABT parcel service and i felt very bad about your service.

This is the worst parcel service we have ever seen. We have been shifting for the past 4 yrs many times by other packers...this time we did a great mistake by choosing ABT. We sent our goods on 29th from Delhi to Srirangam and till today the truck has not reached. We are living in a house without clothes and furnitures since 1 week. Fed up of complaining and no proper response. If this is the way they satisfy their clients, soon they have to close their business. I have told all my friends and relatives not to trust ABT. Will try to spread as much as i can so that nobody should suffer like us even after paying so much money.055

i am a regular customer (15 year ) in sivagangai ABT parcel service . there is no person in office .. so many time close the office ., which time open the office? today morning 10 o clock to till now not open this, there is no information displayed, if otherwise open the office no person is available .kindly change the dealer
