[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Customer care and bad service

Customer care of the beam broadband is ridiculous i have taken a new connection but the error cumin as limited or no connectivity but when the technical person came he said prob with my sys LAN but i found it to be working good and when i cal the customer care they are so rude on the call instead o[censored]nderstand the customers request they say u can contact the manager and they give address is this the way to respond learn to stand up for your prob one agent says yes sir there is some prob with under sea fibre cables which has been dc from some country and next moment he changes his statement n say we ar nt wrong u formatt ur sys or chk LAN wat the hell are we suppose to understand by that ? The sales person says if the prob is from beam broadband end they will repay the money back and now customer care guys says they wont pay back any money please check into this matter on high pripority .

Problem - - Water not entering into the washing machine.

Arrived promptly to attend to the call, when checked for Service centre from Online help "[protected]. Removed the defective part to replace it next day.

Did not bother to call up the customer and inform about the status of the availability of the PART.

Another engineer turned up the next day, un assembled the machine and the program mal functioned. The engineer left the place without draining the water from the drum. Did not stick to the commited time and finally did not turn up to fix the machine.
There has been significant issues affecting ALL ISPs in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and some other countries due to a fault in the primary cable between India and Europe - for about the past 2 weeks.

As such, transfers between Europe, the Middle East and India had to be re-routed through East Asia and the USA.

This issue was resolved this morning and your service should be back to normal.
i agree but as you are saying that the problem is resolved i will see the proformance of the cable and write about it.and one more thing why is it that when the answering machine asks to press 1 for excisting customers and two for new customers, if we press 1 no one picks up the phone even if i wait for 5 MINUTES
and if we press no 2 you pick up the phone so quickly.by this we can say that you only care about the people who have not payed the money.and you dont give a DAMN to the people who have paid the money
even i say the same, when i trying reach u it takes almost 18 mins or more to speak to customer care executive.and sometimes they are rude when i ask on the same.they even not maintaining their quality call at least.first of all polish those guys...to maintain patience.

Beam Broadband is the worst in terms of customer service. They are worst in technical service, they will never tell u the exact reasons for poor connection and they will keep on fooling u, BEWARE AND THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE TAKING A BEAM BROADBAND CONNECTION.
this beam cable connection people are totally wrong and have their explanation always ready this is how they are trained nonsence connectivity plzzz dont go beam
last month we srtarted new office from mehdipatnam and take a new connection of Beme net suggested by my owner after 4 days it will activated and after one hour i am facing the problems till one week. so i disided take BSNL connection in my new office NO PROBLE with BSNL
I had total 4 BSNL conections in my different offices and home also but this kind of worst service i never think from BEAM TELE.

i m 5 months old customer of beam broadband and i never get the sufficient speed from this broadband always i m facing a speed problem...

my free gift is not coming
I have taken beam broadband from past 3months but suddenly the beam cable team is disconnected my cable. i gave a complaint so many times but they are saying we don't have a root box in that street that's way its lasted sorry for the inconvenience and we connecting with in 24hrs. they are saying same dialogue repeatedly but no action was taken. i payed for the connection 1000rs. and they are taken advance in this month fee 400rs. I lost nearly 1400Rs. Beam cable is a cheated company its not only my problem its so many customers problem. So please take action. Only this way we can express our complaints so please take action.
