[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Pathetic customer care/mgmt.

Beam cable is one internet provider u'll take to cry ur days for. They have the most illiterate of reps. on customer care. The guys seems to have by-hearted the sentence " sorry for the inconvenience caused sir, we’ll forward the complaint and get back to you ASAP”, and the day never comes. They’ll keep sending you sms’s on ur mobile stating” i[censored]r complaint is not resolved in 24 hours, fwd this message to 9xxxxxx”. You do whatever you want to do, the bottom line is THEY’LL RESOLVE UR PROBLEM WHEN THEY WANT TO and you can go ahead and explain ur head out to them again and again, they just wont agree.

I took beam cable in Sep’08, but have to confess this has been a complete sorry story. Let’s go one by one:
1. They charge me 1500 for installation although there is a connection right next door to me. I agreed to this, who gives a if it’s really worth.
2. In-spite of my repeated requests, the given the responsibility to take payments always comes at 8:00 AM on a WEEKEND. Can you imagine??
3. It goes on, and then one day I have to move to another place 2 blocks away. The beam cable executives with all the talent they have got to harass and irritate people with something like – not responding at all (i.e going mum completely) as if they are with me on this, and u ask them the second moment – they have the aforesaid reply ready to be smashed on my face again.
They took 20 flat days to finally move my connection after me wasting a good sum on the calls to them and on top of that the harassment they left me with COZ THEY COMPLETELY DON’T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING.
4. Today was the final nail in the coffin, their executive for some reason couldn’t call/come to my place/ come to my office for a month to take the payment and voila—my connection has been disconnected. I gave a call day before and with the sweet asses they have sitting over there in their call center, got to know that it’ll get re-connected in a day. Well 2 days are already over and still nothing. The final call from me to them minutes back enlightened me that I didn’t pick a call twice today (on the mobile I am carrying – WELL THAT”S NEWS for me) and well here the [censored] he goes again “ I have forwarded ur prob, should be sorted in 24 hrs”. Then what did the guy I called day before did, took the complaint home and on it??

I really don’t know when this complaint would be tackled but really would want to smack the face of each guy sitting in their call center. Oh, almost forgot the icing on the cake, these guys never have a MANAGER in office. I have even got responses like “he’s in the loo” and “he’s gone for a smoke” from these guys. Such is the unprofessional attitude.

Let’s see what happens. Any guy knows the right way to tackle them, send me a reply…

1. Beam Cable is really worst service. I am also beam customer My account no 164378. Am Paid 1200/- for 3 months, After 45 days they are disconnected service without intimation . The Customer care executive said resolve your problem with in 24 hours, but the problem is not rectified from one week.

Every time I call the customer care, they will give a new service request no sending to my mobile and email. Nothing else. They say that they are escalating it and will never happen…

What to do.. it’s already been 17 days and no connection even after paying 6 months rental in advance… I have checked for the refund also.. they are saying it will take 15 to 20 days… uhh, …. I cannot imagine how many months it mean.. if 24 hours is more than 10 days.. 15 day means….
Two guys came and installed a box after 17 days.. and went.. when i asked them why they are not giving the connection... Ans: "We are done... wiring is the other team work". OK, when will they come. Ans: "we dont know about them, that is a separate section"

The right way to tackle them is to shift the connection to any other provider :-) You are right, the only one thing, the customer care people know is that... "We are sorry, we are working on your issue and it will take another 24 hours to resolve it". They have really mugged up the word "Sorry " and go on saying again and again even u scold them...! Waste of spending our calls by calling them... ! Worst customer care...and worst service.
I have broadband internet connection in my home with landline phone (Rs 499 per month plan). My consumer no is[protected]. I have got installtion in month of March-2011.

From May1st, I am not able to connect the internet at all so seems there is some network issue. For the same I registered complaint of which service no is CNM[protected].

I have already written below mail to following email IDs:
[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, gsm.[protected]@relianceada.com

After that despite several calls on call center 30333333 or toll free no. nobody picking the calls to resolve the problem. In previous call, somebody from call cneter told me your problem will be solved within next 24 hours. But now 18 days spent nobody taking care the problem nor answering anything.

Remember if this continues I will disconnect the reliance broadband. I have not seen so lazy and careless call center like reliance. They only think of new connections not worries about customer service.

Can you please look into the matter urgently within next 10 hours

kachare ka diba no one will address ur complaint in a right time, The speed they promised and the given will never match. for instance my know plan they said they will 512kb and they charged for it but they had given around 100kb

this is to inform U that i am one o[censored]R customer name (B.SUNEEL) had taken net connection for 1 year package regarding this UR person has commited me that U are going to me a gift pack of ANTI-VIRUS KIT, TRAVEL BAG, ONE SITTING IN WIVES, and 2 more items i don't remember but from last one month i didn't receive any type of gift from UR side and even a cal from UR people i only called to UR cal center and given repeated complaint for 2 times but they didn't respond properly I really faced a bad experience from UR side

they are useless connection and bad services to providing their services,

they are first in collecting money from customers

my humble request is dont cheat customer, i[censored] cheat customers after some days u will cheat by the customers, so my request to consumers please dont choose the beam cable connection, choose any other connection it will help u.

We are not getting proper response for our complaint since the day of installation. Nobody has attended from the time of giving the connection.

All of these complaints are 100% correct, the internet at my place stopped working on saturday only... in the evening I got a message that some maintenance is going on... it was never finished!!!

From last 3 days I am raising the compalints.. these SOB's close the ticket every day!!! And when I call them back that why it was closed they tell me that I was not avaialble on call... what a [censored] comment in this. Today my 3rd request is also been closed... the reason being that again they have some maitenance... how can they think they can fool people like this... I have never seen this much bad service in any other area... this is my humble request to every new person who is opting for a good and constant connection to not to get lured by their offers, becuase after sales srevice is worst in the world... and you will get nothing but frustration after taking the connction.
I have shifted my house so requested them to shift the connection to my new address, but for the last 2 and half months I am trying to get conncetion but they always says there is no feasability and your amount will not refund. I paid 6 months subcription at a time.

So finally they are cheaters, and they provide only equipment not service, so please don't go for Beam.
Hi Friends.Beam people will send the login details to the mobile very lately.. Its better to check your mail for the login credentials. Of course without having internet it may be difficult to check your mail but try with friends or intenet centers or from mobiles ..
I faced a worst customer service. It took almost one month time to shift my connection to the next house. They are the one's who are available with immediate answers for everything other than service. Though you talk with nodal officer also, nothing will happen. There is no inter communication between customer care and back end team. Some time's your connection will be disconnected, since some other did not pay their bill. Whenever you called them, they enjoy our problems by playing jokes on our conversations. You might be wondering how do i know that...for me once they forget to keep their phone on mute!!!..

As a caution i am telling you...you can face at max one problem with beam...thats it...thats the last one...for that problem to resolve..dont know how many days/months they will take...
