[Resolved]  Activa — non delivary through CSD

I have booked Honda Activa with supreme honda Hisar on 29 Jul 09. They have accepted my booking& told they will intimate me when my turn comes.At the same time I approached your Sirsa dealer since I am belonging to Sirsa.He has told that, he is not having CSD DEALERSHIP & Honda is not authorised him to deliver the vehicle through CSD. Now after two months the Hisar dealer is telling, he wont be able deliver me the vehicle as I am belong to Sirsa.
You are requested to clarify,Sirsa dealer is having CSD dealership or not. If yes, advice him to deliver the vehicle to me according to my booking date i.e. 29 Jul 09.
Or otherwise instruct Supreme Honda Hisar to deliver the vehicle as per my seniority.

I am from AF Station SIRSA & I came to know that ther are so many people who want to purchase your vehicle but denied the opportunity becouse of the attitude of your dealers .
I expect a positive reply from you with out delay. Thank you.

Activa — non performance

vehicle no: TN-10K 7674

this vehicle was given for complete check and service - the estimate given was INR 13, 000/- i had given clearance for this and after few follow ups the vehicle was delivered on 22nd of this month-
i found that the vehicle was not in good condition- too much wobbling and acceleration not in order-

i took the vehicle to the service center and inquired if the vehicle was checked prior to delivery and Mr. Nelson replied 'yes'. let me vouch that this process was not adhered to at all prior to delivery
- the vehicle was checked by nelson and one of his colleague who mentioned that fork and some more components have to be replaced and would be charged for which i did not agree.
There was an argument on this and i was asked to speak to Mr. Vaidyanathan ( head services) who said will look into the matter-

The crux of the issue is - why should i pay more when the vehicle was to be checked in all aspects? i have paid INR 13, 000/- and it is Hyundai's responsibility to deliver me the vehicle in good condition-
not checking that fork needs replacement is not my botheration-

i was on drive with my wife - what would have happened if something untoward happened? is it not Kun's responsibility to take care? added to that the behavior of the staff remains far from satisfactory- i am asked to go any where for the complaint and do what ever i want!!!

i have paid enough and am not prepared to pay a dime more for this vehicle - i was told very clearly the vehicle will be as good as a new one with the repair-

Pl take corrective action and let me know the progress-

My brother Ex-Sub Shri Rajender Singh handed over an application to get approval for purchase of a Centro Car through CSD. The application was duly signed by Secretary, Zila Sainik Board, Gurgaon. The application was handed over at CSD Hisar Depot to Mr. Sachin, a dealing assistant present there on 7th October, 2009. He has given a telephone No.[protected] and told him to enquire after 15 days about the approval. On 21st October when he enquired on the said phone about the approval, he has been told by Mr. Ravi (who was on the phone) we don't have any such request in our office. Sir, I request your kindself to help us in getting approval to purchase a Car through CSD at the earliest and guide us what to do now.
I am from Sirsa and I have also tried to book honda activa through CSD, Hisar but both the dealors at HIsar and Sirsa have refused to deliver HONDA ACTIVA through CSD. Please give me suggestion to purchase it.

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND UNDESIRABLE ON PART OF THE DEALER WHO BELONGS TO SUCH A BIG BRAND. THE CUSTOMER IS MY BROTHER AND WE ARE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THE DEALER.
I HOPE THE MATTER WOULD BE CONSIDERED IN SERIOUS LIGHT AND SOME THING WOULD BE DONE FOR THE SAME. THE ISSUE HAS JUST STARTED AND BEFORE THIS GETS BIGGER IT SHOULD BE CONTROLLED. AN APPROPRIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED.

This is to complain you that while booking activa it was not informed about the increament in rate. in further duration. but when we afterwards went to take moped they told the increament by RS:- 685/- so they must take the amount as per booking rate. plz cerspondance in hindi. because our english is poor.

Activa — COLOUR DAMAGE

I purchase new activa from honda dealer Sai Point Service Bhiwandi dt. 31.3.10. My bicycle no MH 04 EM 1715. when i purchase activa after some month colours damage & destroy. I complaint this matter in your distributor Sai Point Service. But no response to me. IF NOT RESPONSE RECEIVED WITHIN 1 WEEK . I COMPLAINT CONSUMER COURT.

Activa — inquiry

Dear Sir,

I am the user of the Honda Active. I using the same for the last many years.

When I reduce the race there always heard an odd sound just like erosion of two parts with each other. I fear which may affect my main engine. Could you please explain the reason of such sound and solution for the ame through mail.

Activa — not getting after made payment

I was booked activa from om sai honda, malad H.O. in 3/9/2011 it is for 1 year waiting. after one year 1/9/2012. I had received call from om sai honda distrubutor for make payment. I made full payment to them by cheque. That time they told my that end of September u will get my activa, but it was fake committement. From september, they gave next every month of the date and gave excuses for dalay reason about some internal issue company. it has been 6 months over to made payment to om said honda malad. But I havn't get my activa or my money back from them till yet.
when I was call to Ms Gayatri Fernades, General Manager of Om sai honda, malad, she told me that the reason about the delay is the honda company not provided any vehicles to om sai honda from 8 months because of some conflict between honda company and om sai honda directors. Pls look into this matter and help me to get my money back.
