I TAKE DELIVERY OF MY ACTIVA ON 05.04.2012 AT 6.30 PM. FROM HEM AGENCY LOCATED AT S.V. ROAD, OPP. TO KANDIVALI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, KANDIVALI (W). MUMBAI: 400067. ON VERY NEXT DAY WHEN I STATRTED SCOOTER IN THE MORNING I GET PROBLEM OF STARTING WITH SELF BUTTON. BURGER OF SIGNAL LIGHTS WAS ALSO NOT WORKING. I TOLD BY THE DEALER TO GO TO THE SERVICE STATION AT BORIVALI WEST. I WENT TO THE SERVICE STATION AT BORIVALI WEST AT VENETIAN HONDA ON 08.04.2012 I.E AFTER 2 DAYS OF TAKING DELIVERY OF THE SCOOTER. THE MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO REPLACE THE BATTERY UNDER WARRANTY. I SUGGESTED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER OF SERVICE STATION MR. ASHOK PALEKAR THAT I HAVE TO DRIVE SCOOTER FOR SOME MORE KILOMETERS FOR CHARGING OF THE BATTERY. AFTER GET RUNNING THE SCOOTER MORE KILOMETERS, BATTERY WILL GET CHARGE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE WILL TAKE PROPER LOOK AFTER MY SCOOTER WHEN I GIVE IT FOR 1ST SERVICE. TODAY I.E 02.05.2012 I GAVE SCOOTER TO THE SERVICE STATION FOR SERVICING. MR DEVENDRA MAKE MY JOB CARD. MY JOB NO. IS 12JC10616. IN THE EVENING I GOT PHONE CALL FROM MR. DEVENDRA THAT I HAVE TO SEND BATTERY FOR REPLACEMENT TO THE COMPANY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT. WHILE I GAVE COMPLAINT WITHIN THREE DAYS AFTER TAKING DELIVERY OF THE SCOOTER TO THE COMPANY. WHEN I FIRST TIME GAVE COMPLAINT SCOOTER WAS RUN ONLY 28 KMS. SO BY THIS WAY HONDA COMPANY CHEATED US BY GIVING US BY DELIVERED DEFECTED SCOOTER WITH DEFECTED BATTERY WHILE MR. PALEKAR SERVICE MANGER WAS HAVE FULLY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS DEFECTED BATTERY. PLEASE MAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO THE AUTHORITIES WHO AUTHORISED FOR THIS MATTER.
