during service the people at service centre do not even clean the filter. there is loss of oil too at spunch

I have purchased a Honda Activa from J.B Honda, this is my second instance as earlier I have purchased a Unicorn in 2004. In both the cases, the experience is same. Very very pathetic service, I think that I have purchased the vehicle just to go to the JB Honda service centre. They care a damn for our time, money and the petrol that we are burning to repeatedly go there, they are unable to resolve technical problem of my Activa. They have repeatedly asked me to visit the service centre but the technicians are unable to resolve the problem even they dont have the spares at their service centre. I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle from J.B Honda.They are even playing with the goodwill of HONDA.

Whatever may be the reason, but end of the day, I am the sufferer, they are unable to give the after sales service and not technically sound to resolve the technical issues of the sold vehicles.
