sprint — duplicate and damaged product

i have ask a sprint bottle from a bakery (opposite hercules autmobiles, Kavadiyar, Thiruvananthapuram). The salesman take a sprint bottle and give me. I drunk this. I feel it is only water and suger with gas. I complaint the salesman. The sales man told it is a mixture of sprite and water. I have pay 8 (eight) rupees to this drink. pls take action against the bakery.

its display got struck.drive has damaged 4 times.i hav replaced its base pannel once again the same lid complaint has arised.i didnt get 3 yr warranty upgrade too.i has send the details to lenovo.but no reply.i think all its manufacturing and design problem

therakathu — tenant not moving out

owner rented the room in 1980s.
tenant was not ready to increse rent when we asked to increase in 2007.
atlast he increased 100 rs from 1000.
and he was not even ready to leave. he say he will leave if we pay 300000 rs.
he had only given a deposit of rs 25000 when he came.
now what he is asking is double than what ever he had payed until now.

how can it be possibly sloved faster?
owner gave a case, but case went off, because the owner had a bit drinks on the day of showing proofs.

Acxiom softec is not fully trustworthy, they do not keep time lines, and there are no person to respond to clients quires, especially in my case i have not even received the aggrement documents even after 60 days of payment, there data conversion work also delayed

they offer bank guarandee (Letter of Credit) but we have not received any response from them regarding that matter. they are not at all responding to the mails...

completly unbelievable offers.. and also i feel some thing bad with them

acxiom has decided to cheat n there will be no way to get the money back. they have waited for the right time to escape and they got 3 holidays which gave them sufficient time. in any case, no one will get their money.

how do you say it will not come back. Their is also so called law by which money can be brought back

its right that our money is gone with the wind, but it doesn't mean that we can sit quit, let us be together and something may happen. hey wot abt the channel partners will they have any commitments towards us..

we cannot come to any conclusion who are involved but we can make efforts to know where it has gone wrong & how can we make it correct & get our money back

I'm also one of the new vendors who lost money with Acxiom. I suggest following the steps given to get our money back.

1. Use their bank account to trace the movement of funds and closed circuit tv coverage in the banks to trace the person/persons to identify the culprits.
2. Utilize the help of a private detective agency to trace the whereabouts of these persons.
3. Get photos of the involved persons and put it on national TV and national newspapers and internet.

Of course the above approaches can be followed after lodging a police complaint and FIR immediately.

Hopefully, it may yield some positive results.N pray to god that they hav not fled the country already!
