I purchased HP Inkjet Black Color Catarage No.21 at the rate of Rs.750 from your Authorized Distributer M/s S.V Technology, 1st Floor, Ravula Shopping Complex, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India with Bill.

The said No.21 catarage was worked just for 20 copies and it was empty. After I enquiry I known that the said your Authorized Distributer M/s S.V Technology, Nellore sold sample Inkjet catarage to me, which is free compliment from your company and not sold to the customer. At the time of purchase I received No.21 Catarage without box. I received it in sealed cover.

I learnt that the said your Authorized Distributer is very very cheater and some cases are pending in Consumer Forum, Nellore

Your Distributer is doing very Big advertisements with your H.P name in City through News Paper, Local T.V, Magines, Big Hordings. Please take necessary action on him and save your Company Good Name.
