Aegis BPO Services limited — PF amount

Sir,
I syed shamshuddin an ex-employee of Aegis Bpo Services Ltd, B'lore. Resigned from the services on 4th April 2008 and applied for PF amount in the month of May 2008.
my concern is for the mentioned PF A/c number AP/HY/56070/3605 on this account no amount is credited to my given bank account.

Hence, I request for the needful to done on my behalf as soon as possible.

My name is Umesh Nigam. I joined Aegis Bpo on 1st Nov-2007, Due to some reason. I left the job on 4th nov 2008 due to some personal reason. I went to Aegis for my PF amout. but according to HR. team, I would have to pay recovery amount, other wise they will not process the procedure. which is not possible for me.
