[Resolved] Against www.MakeMyTrip.com And PNB — Refund of money | |
Sir/Madam, With due respect,i would like to inform you that I made a "hotel booking" through www.makemytrip.com and just after making the payment i recieved a mail that my booking has been cancelled due to unavailabilty of rooms in the required hotel and thus my account will be refunded within 10-15 working days.But the refund has not been done.Since the booking was made on 24th December,2009,so it has been already around 3 months but there is no response from the dealer.I would also like to inform you that whenever i call the makemytrip.com,they say that they have not charged the amount and asks me to contact my bank.And whenever i contact my bank,they say that they have done the payment and makemytrip.com has already recieved the payment.The sufferer in between is only me. Please help me in getting my refund amount back as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful to you.
