[Resolved]  Agari Enterprises — not accepting to exchange the new iron box

Dear sir i purchased the Iron box in Agari enterprises , prestige tower , Moodbidri . and the next day i returned him and i exchanged the iron box for first time and next day i searched for the iron box of the new model but i didnt find that model in that shop so i purchased other iron box and in my house they said the iron box that i have taken is not good and replace that to the other model but the shop manager rejecting to replace it . and the iron box i have returned him is new and by the next day only i have returned him kindly solve my problem and please replace the iron box to the other model .
because of that person i couldnt attend the meeting with the dealers and i lost upto 3 lakhs .

Even I had faced the similar problem from the store (SurathKal/Hosabettu Branch). We had bought the Technica mixer grinder at the store. Albeit, the mixer grinder motor runs, the stuffs would not grind in same. We had replaced the blades and Jar too. When we reported the same to the shop, the Lady sitting in the counter started blasting disobliging that she would only help if the motor stops working (Albeit this was not mentioned in the terms and conditions). Even the manager on Duty that day started speaking in her favor. We got pissed off and left the whole set of mixer grinder in the store.
We had almost furnishing and electronics from this store. This was not the way premium retailer would treat the customer. Probably, the store needs to train the staff on Customer relationship management. Else the brand would lose, customer base soon.

This is to inform you all the Agari Enterprises services came down, they should first learn to talk to customer & then proceed towards business, We installed 1.5 TR AC dated 20 March 2019, they came & installed at 12 pm, when i saw late evening its not in straight line, same was communicated next day afternoon to man galore Lyod installation team office & agari office moodbidri. when i am talking to agari staff they reverted back saying that we have inform same day because they already made payment to installation team. I too agree, i do not think so after my installation they do not have any link with installation team members or what. They should politely communicate to us. So i request henceforth not to argue with customer, first to liaison & better to answer.

My issue is not about AC straight line ie secondary, But way of approach to the customer is very important.

I hope same will not repeat again for any other customer.
