Agarwal Express Packers And Movers — Misuse of leading brand names

This was the first time I have been using the Movers and Packers Services, everybody knows about Agarwal Movers and Packers, but due to stringent timeline of a week to shift location from Noida to Chennai I did less research and chose the wrong movers (dumb human error). This company is called Agarwal Express who shares the same brand name of Agarwal Packers and Movers, until last moment was not disclosed to me and when it was disclosed it was to close for the day of departure from Noida.

Things transported : Maruti Alto K10, Split AC, House Hold Items
Total Worth: 4.5 Lacs
Lead time promised for Car: 10 Days but delivered in 14
Lead time promised for House hold: 10 days delivered in 21 days (used accident clause to get away with it)
Damage done: Dents on car, additional 320 Kms travelled in car, wheel alignment problems, suspension damage, AC and house hold - physical damage
Total estimate of damage: 15000 on car (Cost of Service), house hold - unknown

Agarwal Express doesnot understand the sentiments behind a Customer's belongings and safe movement. Had hell of mental torturing dealing with these guys, run by a person called Sugam Kulasheshtra. Sugam,

Both Car and House Hold was handed over to you on the date stated in the mail that is 28th November, I have just received the the House hold items on 26th December 2011 whereas, time committed to me was 10 Days. The Boxes delivered were in the worst possible condition and the delivery personnel did not have the courtesy to wait for me to inspect the boxes and has absconded from my residence (delivery address).

The Car was delivered on 12th of December with with dents on the bonnet, doors, roof top, issues with wheel alignment and suspension which after a service has accounted to almost 15000. The Car KM reading on time of delivery was 22340 on time of delivery was 22670, had traveled additional 330 KM on road.

Since the time I have handed over the things and made a payment, you have been given me the worst time interacting and have been absconding from situations and not taking responsibility for the things handed over to you. Things were not done the way it had been promised like in the beginning, there were external agencies call Praguthi Packers and Movers involved in the whole process which are fraudulent activities as per law.

Another fraudulent activity you have been doing is you gave me a picture of a very organised/professional Packers & Movers by sharing the brand name of the big player - Agarwal Packers & Movers.

I am totally disgusted by the way my House Hold items and Car have been delivered to me, which are of high sentimental value to any Customer. I will take up this issue very seriously and this case will go against you and your Company, Argawal Express.
