The rating is zero for this...I am rahul from Hyderabad...before 17days I bookedfor thepackers and movers.....Iinitally when I placed my number in Sulekha ..these people called me stating that they would be providing me the goodservice withbest price and would deliver within 24hrs in a very polite way.....So we have booked for the service as planned to go for office in hyd ....and paid the whole amount during packing.......and the very next day i gave a call to them ..they told that it will take 3 moredays as it was onthe way......on third day (3days wwe are in hotel as we also inclusded our office laptop in that packing)...so I dont have means to go to office AS Idont have laptop.....I called them they are least botheres stating that wait for 5more days....and I cant give the same explanation to my boss rite?....I requested them but they stopped responded to my calls..And I have sent my brother to Banglore from Hyderabad on 7th day......they threatened my brther stating that we never gonna give you the luguage assume that your luguage is lost and claim ur insurance...and we are shocked how can we claim insurence for 10lakhs rupees amd how can they respond like that?......becz we cam insure to all the house hold items rite....so its been 17days we havent received our luguage...now they are not responding we have filed a complain on them in consumer court and to police......but not sure to what extent we may get the justice.....friends please share this wth all......we people are cheated by cheaters like thse people...am very depressed and frustrated and dont have patience to still cry about my property......
