past 1 year before , due to Personnel Problem I was shifted to My Native Place ,
I was Resigned On 08th July 2008 , and I was applied P F 10 Aug 2008 So for I
didn't Received My P F Settlement . Pls Do some needful to Me .

I sanjay kumar was emp. of AGLOWMED LTD, Mumbai, based at Lucknow. I left the company on 15.04.2010. and submitted all nocs etc. for settlement. Also sent Provident Fund Form.PF NO. is MH/23410/1674, Bandra, Mumbai.
Inspite of all efforts, my settlement has not been made by company till date. Also, P.F. form has not yet been submitted at P.F. Office, Bandra, Mumbai by my ex-employers. It may be noted that final settlement of more than 300 ex-employees of company has not been made till date, by the company.
Request, look into the matter and help me. Regards

Sir I sent the company all formalities for Pf settlement ON 5 NOV Then the information came that your form has been submitted in the pf office.
