[Resolved]  Aim Limouzines India Ltd — FRAUD

my name is rohit kumar & i living in delhi this company is a fraud becouse when i contracted 17 march 2009 & i pay 85000/-rs, i have aggreement for three years according to this agreement he promised me u get 6055/-rs for 36 months but he can't.in january month i have not collected my installment payment. this company fraud me in that month. i have contacted last one week but this company not response me & i have visited in delhi office ( aim motors india ltd 13th floor,office no-1310 hemkunt chanmber-89 delhi-110019). but this company has closed & i confirm the builder so tel me this company is parmanently closed. then i call company manager MR. RANJIV MALHOTRA (mob [protected],30) he is not recieved my call last few days, after that i contacted in head office AIM MOTORS INDIA LTD SURYA SADAN, 202 RAM MARUTI ROAD, THANE (W) 400602 & i have send e-mail in this company site, but he is not contacted me. this company is fraud me. so plz don't trust in this company any products.

i am raja from chennai.I have invested Rs 170000 .I got only three months payment .there is no proper response from their side..they r cheating fellow dont beleive in them.on 23/01/2010 they have closed the office and ran off .All the mobiles and phones are switched off..So guys please take an action against that fraud NITYANANDH BRANCH MANAGER OF AIM .who ie responsible for all the situation.

AIM Motors India Ltd — To get my money back

dear sir,
As I have submitted the sum of rupees 85000 /-twice at there AIM bhopal branch
office by SBI hamidia road branch Bhopal cheque no 912928 dt 18/8/09 reciept no
014and cheque no 912937dt 9/9/09 reciept no 021in there attrative
schemes.acording to agriment. I got rupees 6055/-+ 6055/-every month cash from
Mr.yogesh Sharma branch manager whose mobile no is[protected] as,He has taken back the post dated instolment's cheque's to give the new chaque of local branch now last month feb 2010 there bhopal branch office & it's telephpne no's are
close so how I will get the instolment's cheque's/cash please give the
guidance.I am waiting eagerl but no reply is there from there side this is the
violation of the written agriment from there side now I will have to take
nesessory action aginst them and there company As they are forcing me to take
legal action and they will be fully responcibal for it To file Cyber crime
complaint through you in your police station as I have submitted the Engg. fee
of my son which I will have to deposit in july each year that is why I am
waiting-for there kind responce to get the regular monthly instolments by
cheque's/cash or get my money back evidences are enclosed- 5 Files as under
please do every thing which is possible to you in my favor .I and my family will
always remember you & pray the god for you for the our help ,waiting for
your response.
