[Resolved]  Aim Limouzines India Ltd — AIM LIMOUZINES INDIA LTD - FRAUD

Hi All who have posted their complaints about this company Aim Limouzines. I would like to first clear that Im also one of the investor who has now lost money and Im also equally frustrated as you all.Anyway I have something different to share with
Due to hectic work, I could not follow this company's news and one fine day, one of my friend informed me about the fraud. I went to lodge a complaint against this company and the directors who have cheated on us. But I was told that a FIR is already registered and police arrested company's manager. So I went to a Court to check the proceedings and was really disappointed and felt bad about the employee of the company
I saw the company's manager helplessly standing before judge and manager's family members anxiously waiting for judge's verdict. Manager's family members were like us. A tipical Middle class people, crying helplessly.
Hence I decided to do further probe and came to know that all employees were kept in dark by 2 directors of the company about their intentions(Pramod Raut and Sajid Warekar and one Amol (Dont know exact surname)). Infact they were also not given salaries since last Nov 2009. When situation started getting worse, these bul..sh..t guys asked their employees to face the customers and their anger.
Now when directors fled away, police arrested it's employees and started harrassing them. most of the employees are from NOT SO FINANCIALLY WELL background and were doing this job for helping run their families. Now they have to fight their innocese in Court which is really costly matter.
I did all this search purely on a humanitarin ground because I still feel that Police is trying to protect Directors by arresting employees and keep taking money from Directors in order to delay thier arrest. And believe me, entire judicial system is corrupt.
I think there is no point in arresting employees of the company who were getting mere salaries from their bosses but to take revenge on these directors. Hence I request you all to lodge a complaint against Company and in the name of directors(Pramod Raut and Sajid Warekar) only.So that you can ask Police about the progress of the arrest of these directors.

I had invested in 2009 in Aim Limousine Bangalore. We had also lodged complaint in Bangalore police station, I also tried to catch Directors in there so called Mumbai office, but nothing came to hand.
Till date, I have no idea what happened to that case. If anybody working on it, let me know.
