Air Arabia — Stolen handycam from luggage

On my flight to delhi to Sharjah my luggage was opened, lock broken and goods stolen , including a handycam. It is a matter of great concern disappointment towards the level of service provided by Air Arabia. It shakes the confidance from the passenged to trust our luggage to the airline. I have tried to speak to a representative from the airline and lodge an official complaint, but failed as i was informed there was no such service which runs round the clock. I will be speaking to Mr Mohammad Abdil Aleem, as I have been informed by the customer care representative. I expect to get a quick and fruitful reply and resolution from the airline to restore the faith and association with the Airline.

This is not an isolated case and niether fight for one object it shakes the entire trust which consumers shows in airlines by handing over their luggage to them.

Please let me know the steps that can be followed to brin them to justice.

I Thayyib. PM, travelled by air arabia flight on 23/11/2009 at 10:20 pm from Sharjah to calicut. But I still not received my lugage till now, I contacted many times with airarabia office in calicut, I am staying very far from the calicut airport(above 200 km), Please arrange to send me my lugage today. Because my and my families Eid dresses are included in that lugage. I am waiting for your favors replay from your side.

I am very disappointed from air arabia delhi staff specially a executive Ms Sapna. i have given Rs 20, 000 for visa security and now after coming back when i have submitted the relevant documents also after coming back they have taken more than a month for refunding the money. sometime their boss is out and sometime other reason. we are on mercy on them because they have my money. i stay in ghaziabad and their office in delhi. they asked me to send a person with authority to collect and that also on their mercy when cheque will be ready. I really request my friend not to use air arabia. This is not a international airlines even if you will visit their office you will understand. if staff like Ms Sapna will serve in the airline it will add another feather in status of Air line.

We got no problem during travelling but staff is not supportive at all.

I request all not to use the airlines at all until the staff don't change the attitude.

I landed in Delhi T3 Airport and what I experience? My cargo bag's lock broken into pieces n things worth Rs.6000 stolen in an AIRPORT CARGO...ARGHHHHHH...When approached the officials..they say WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING SIR...No safety for even Air travellers these days... :@
OK the irritating part is that they say i did it...ya like i went from my seat in to the cargo room and did all that...wat a dumass staff...and horrible customer service...Never Ever I will Compromise on Quality again for Convinience... :(
I am totally disappointed with this Service..Infact they should discontinue it.

Just wanted to add my story, I flew from Istanbul to Delhi via Sharjah in March 2013 and have had around $2000 worth of goods stolen from my bag. So far no satisfactory response from Air Arabia.
