One of my ticket from Singapore to Chennai 28th April 2012,Chennai To Singapore on 06th May 2012(Confirmation number HNZWN8) was cancelled on 23rd April 2012 and the refund not being made as of date. Request you to resolve the issue. Flight : IX 682 Ticket:- 28th April 2012, Singapore to Chennai,Confirmation number HNZWN8 06th May 2012,Chennai To Singapore The issue has been reminded to air india more than three time and they are not responding or giving any proper reply.
