Air India IC — Air India IC not responding to Cleartrip regarding refund of booking for the Flight cancelled during Air India IC strike in Sept 2009

I had booked a Air India IC return ticket from Mumbai - Bangalore - Male in Sept 2009 on cleartrip.com.
On our way back when we were about to board Banglore - Mumbai IC flight on 26th Sept 2009, we were told Flight is canceled due to the strike and we were not given any options and hence we booked on GoAir and IC counter gave us an endorsement and told us we should show this to Cleartrip and they are responsible to refund our money.

Its been almost 2 months and Cleartrip says as its Partial cancellation, they need a go ahead from Air India and the Amount to be refunded and after several mails to Air India Refund team by Cleartrip, has not responded with a Go ahead.

Please advice how do I go about it.

Air India IC — Refund of a canceled ticket

Hello,

I have been a regular traveler by the Air India airlines being a Govt servant. (!)

I was scheduled to travel from Mumbai to Delhi by IC 658 on 30th Oct 2010. The details of the booked ticket are: Name : Deveshkumar Jinwala, PNR: RKKQ6R which was scheduled to depart at 18.00 hrs..

However, due to delay in the train 2926 Paschim Express - which I was traveling by from Surat to Mumbai to catch the flight - I reached the airport counter at 17.30 hours and was denied the boarding pass - with the reason that the counter is closed. I was even denied any accommodation in any flight later in the day. Therefore, I canceled the ticket at the airport counter and the person there informed me that I shall get the refund of the fare. Thereafter, I have been communicating with the airline helpdesk on email for long. Initially, I was given the assurance that they are looking into my travel records and I should give them some time to respond. However, now they have even stopped responding to my emails.

Please help me get me the refund.
