Sir,
This is to comlaint that the aircel mobile service has started aircel pocket games and when I am browsing in mobile browser adds are coming in between,when I click it unintensionally ,they charged me with out downloading anything.this is bad service of aircel services.even I didnt click on any download notice,with out my consent they charged me and sent me a message ,thank you for using pocket games. So kindly take care.it is horrible service,even I didnt select any game or I click on download option.thanking u

Please take consent of the customer by giving download option and with out selecting on any game how they will charge me, its a big cheat.please help me.

Aircel Andhra Pradesh — balance being deducted without any activation of service and being left with exact amount of 1.87 irrespective of the balance I have

Whether my balance is 100 or 300 I'm being left only with 1.87p every 5to7 days... There is no vas on my number i.e [protected] the why i have been losing so much money... Generally i don't go through my balance regularly n i think this had been going on since October 3rd week.
