[Resolved] Aircel — balance deduction | |||
My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out. Sir , Aircel activated the video talkies on my no..[protected] I don't even know how it was activated and was subjected to balance deduction of amount Rs 15. I want this service to be deactivated soon. take the required actions soon. I want the refund. Customer name - Arvind somaiah

aircel had deducted my balance. if i called to the complaints desk, they told me that it is deducted for WAP, but i am using that sim in nokia 1100 phone which is not having that facility and also that service is not activated by me. they only activated service with out knowing to me. first they told me that we will add the balance but now we won't add. and if i call them now so many times every time they just listening to complaint and cut line, they keep on doing like this.. this much irresponsibility is not fair..what does the aircel think off customers, is the customers are fools?
i am requesting you to solve my problem and suggest not to repeat it again.. and my mobile no. [protected]

Aircel. Stop deducting my balance!
My mobile number is [protected]. As on 13th march, my account balance was Rs.171. I was btowsing the internet coz i already had net balance. Then my balance was deduced by Rs.50 to 121. I complained abt it to customer care and the lady said yes the balance would be refunded within 48hrs. I did not get balance after 48hrs so i called again and the person said it was my fault i downloaded files ( even though i was having net balance) and he just ended the call straightaway. Such a bad attitude. I tried calling again and again but still no response from aircel.
And now as on 19th march my balance was Rs.104. And still i was browsing and again Rs.50 was deducted from my account.
I want Aircel to look into this matter and refund me my balance !

I purchased Aircel sim card of Rs. 175 last week, dealer said it is with 500 MB internet for 3 months each. I am using internet without any issue. *126*3# is providing be results for data uses. But when I send request to *126*4# I am getting message "there are no active buckets". I called customer care at 198, I was telling my issue and suddenly I forwarded to machine call which was telling about services. I have to say on call service of Aircel is worse. Anyways please tell me any other customer care number so that I can make them resolve my issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Aircel charged me rupees thirty on 18th March 2013 without my consent and activated some "Dard-e-Dil" service on my phone number [protected].
I have already e-mailed Aircel 2 times but didn't get relevant replies, I have also called at their customer care but was not fruitful at all.

In last 15 Days they deducted my balance thrice in which they refund
twice when I have inform them by mail.But this time they are not repling

i activated 3G morning internet pack which offers free 3G internet at 6 to 9 am for 30 days after activation, i browsed for 10 to 15 min, and my total balance of 356 rupees got deducted, and lost the internet connection saying, you dont have enough balance.
this is totally cheating the customers by providing such offers, plz look into the matter and do the needful.
