Hi, I have not subscribed the aircel music connect service. But without any prior information for the past month i have been charged 30/per month for my sim"[protected]" and today i received a message that i will be charged for next month also. I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service and the charged amount should be repayed to my account. I have not subscribed the aircel music connect service. But without any prior information for the past two months i have been charged 30/per month totally 120rs for my Mobile no is "[protected]". I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service and the charged amount should be re-payed to my account.

Sir,My number got subscribed to musicconnect and rs.30 is being deducted every month for more than one year. I have complained to customer service several times. They say that it will stop but still continuing. I dont use it and losing money every month. So please unsubscribe my number from musicconnect. My number is [protected].

Aircel has been charging Rs. 30.00 per month from me for the past few months for aircel music connect. I never subscribed the service. I have failed to contact their custmomer care several time to redress the grievance. My mobile no. is [protected]. This is a post paid Assam circle connection. I want a refund of all the subsription charges Aircel charged from me. Unless the matter is redressed, I will move Consumer Court for justice.
