Hi, I have not subscribed the aircel music connect service. But without any prior information for the past month i have been charged 30/per month for my sim"[protected]" and today i received a message that i will be charged for next month also. I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service and the charged amount should be repayed to my account. I want to unsubscribe from this service and tried my best level at all corners but in vain. Kindly cancel this service from my mobile No. [protected]

I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect please guys help me out we love u aircel but pls don't do this u are one of the best network of time an most pop in youth don't dis grace please don't mind my word can u please unsubscribe the pack from my number its a humble request

hi sir...am a aircel user...my numb is [protected] (TN sim)...previously its an airtel sim...last 3 months before i've changed to aircel...due to some unusal charging money for unknown VAS serives..now the problem is again it happening in aricel operator also...the VAS service Music Connect that i ever subscribed before also..from first months from now upto they charging for me that services...whether i don't know service usage also..i've tried so many times to customer service also..but even didn't take any complaint..i've trying 3 times to change the portability but its not possible am in raoming in bangalore...i've lost rs.253 from last 3 months...please help me get out of this...

You have send a message that i have been subscribed to aircel nonstop music.But i didn't send any message for nonstop music.You are cutting the amount continuously whatever iam recharging.I want to use this mobile only for outgoing calls .I don't want any commercial services in my mobile in future.deactivate this aircel nonstop music immediately and add the amount whatever you have deducted without my knowledge.Let me comfortably continue with aircel othewise i will go for other option.MY NO IS [protected].

I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service to my account.
This is the second time that i have been charged for a subscription which I have not yet subscribed for.
They charged me automatically and Aircel did not even return the Money
that i have been charged. Last time it was Caller Tunes and this and
this time it is Music Conect.
I would want Aircel to return the money they charged for the subscription back to my account.

Even I have not subscribed for the Music Connect and right now I am in Chandigarh. I have been charged three times 30 Rs- for the Music Connect in the Month of May, June and July 2012. I have disabled it by talking to a Customer Care Person. But reaching a Customer Care Person is difficult and they don't respond to us(Customers) in a very good manner. There way of speaking is unbearable and if they are not able to answer the customers question. They disconnect the call the next second. I have reached thrice to disable my Music Connect previously. Today in the Morning when I got up with out my prior knowledge the Music Connect got activated and Aircel has deducted 30 Rs- from my prepaid Mobile Account and my Mobile No. is [protected]. Please disable this feature and also refund all those funds which have been taken out from my account. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
