[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS not working

i hav purchased aircel postpaid no and activate aircel unlimited gprs on it and from the day of activation i havent use the gprs service and i called customer care around 20-25 times but they always said that the service will b start in 24 hours. my cell no is [protected] and i want to giv dis no back to the company and wants my security back instantly...please help me on this...

You seem to be having genuine troubles with your activation, why don’t you visit an Aircel retail showroom and discuss the matter with customer care first.
Aircel GPRS though it's known to be the best but it sucks big time where technical department is concerned they never give a call back... i am not being able to use GPRS on my i-mate SPL but no one seems to help me out in that. So in a ways they have already started to suck big time...
I have recharged my prepaid aircel with 98 Rs. that is Unlimited internet access plan. but when i use the internet, it is always down or very very slow. I can't view any video clip. I can't visit only some websites like google, yahoo etc. and can't visit big websites. I can't download anything from the internet. so do something for me. I don't want to waste my 98 Rs. Give me full aircel settings.
I have recharged GPRS 98/- voucher..But I dint get the configuration MSG yet..I called CC for 15-20 times.Every single time they say our gprs tech will call u back in 2 Hours.Its been 30-35 hours but I dint get any call or GPRS settings. This is really bard experience.
i have lg kg 195 cell phone..
but i am unable to connect net by aircel sim..
but i cannet by airtel easily
all customer care not solve my problem on 14 days
I have registered a complaint to Aircel that my gprs is not working, on 15 June 2009
but they are just pending my complaint and crossed the 24 hrs deadline also

I am sanket patil, i have jst taken AIRCEl prepaid connection on 7th july 2009 & from VASHI, AIRCEL gallery & I have activated AIRCEL gprs connection . the plan of gprs is 98/- per month unlimited browsing but now after 10 days i am getting problem while using gprs .i complain to the Aircel Customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. please help me as soon as possible .

Are you sure your handset is compatible with GPRS? And if it is did you store your WAP settings before starting off? If done everything and still no response, try going to your closest Aircel showroom and they should be able to guide you through the process more easily.

What kind of a problem are you facing? Connectivity? Or are you getting some sort of an error message? In any case, I think you should visit the nearest Aircel Store so that they can cater to your needs more effectively
I have purchased aircel pre-paid no. For GPRS activatation send sms to 121 with msg (PI) four days back but till now I did not received any configuration settings downlod msg from aircel. I called customer care around 10-12 times but they always said that the service will b start in 24 hours or we are send your settings on your mobile withen 5 hrs. My cell no is [protected] and my handset is nokia 3230. I want to please send my configuration settings downlod as soon. Your nessery action will be highly solicited.

My number [protected] taken 14 rupee wap service activate for three days but its not working.Trying
to connect customer care but no single number is working Very irrresponsible management and customer dealing.I hope the will give response one day.
