my no. is [protected]. i have sony ericsson phone with 3g. no. of complaints
1.all though i send mssg 4 activation of gprs n also its setting i never got the setting
2.i called costomer care so many times but got to talk customer care executive only on the third day
3.talking to customer care didn't help in any way, instead they started inquiring about me n cut off the line.
4.other services such as services like info, entertainment services on sim never worked.
5. call cost is comparatively a lot higher than other company's sim beside it being the worst telecom company i've ever come across
6.they do not provide gprs setting service even in the net.
to conclude this company sucks right down to earth's core. screw all its customer care executive. thanks Was this information helpful? |
