[Resolved]  Aircel — Poor quality of customer support

The worst ever telecommunication service provider award could be recommended for Aircel. They provide a very poor service. Their customer care is even more worst. I can certainly understand that they deal with the telecommunication business and the servers can go down and there can be any valid reason for them failing to provide proper service at all the time. But it should be rectified within a specific reasonable time. Moreover their customer care just sucks. Their Customer Care Representatives just do not now how to behave with their customers. Iam going to change to Airtel or Reliance... Aircel is just dabba cell...

I FEEL VERY PITY ABT UR CUSTOMER CARE, REGARDING

Myself RAAj, I have been ur Customer underJODI Number offer.Recently, all my out going, incoming calls get barred on my both JODI number. When I requested ur peoples, they asked for the Address Proof & ID Proof. Twice I Surrendered all my details to Both Dealer & headoffice @ Spencer Plaza on 14th Nov, 2008. I requested a lot & they promised me within 3 hr, But nt even ur customer care taken a step or phoned me till now & not at all cleared my problem. I tired a lot by phone to ur customer care AIRCEL @ SPRASH, named ANITHA & ur team members too.ut o resposile. yet I have complaint number also, 803685. I face lot of problems in my business & lacked lot of money. So, please make suitable steps to recover my facilities on both of My JODI Card numbers, hereby [protected], [protected]. Thnk U.

I contacted alot to ur customer care peoples thru Phone and registered complaint, I went all day along towards customer care by putting break of my office schedules towards HEADOFFICE . and Fully explained to them my problem. I given all those things, what they asked. Complaint on Bhavani aircell for not updating the amount paid.


This is K.Rajasekar, from bhavani, Last week on 21.2.2009 saturday, i had paid Rs 300/ as post paid. The costumer care of Bhavani have said that they will update the bill amount in 15 mins, but now its happen 60 hrs and still it is not updated.
I received phone call from Pollachi that the amount of Rs 300/ paid at Bhavani was not updated . The bill i received from Bhavani Aircell is Hand written bill becuase they said failure in net connectivity.
The cell number given by Bhavani agent is in switch off mode. mobile number given in Bhavani is [protected]. Pls inform immediately to update my bill and intimate me .

Hi, this is SARAVANA from VELACHERY. I have filed a complint against GO AIR on 14.06.2013. BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE. The CONSUMER COMPLAINTS WEBSITE says File Your Complaint Here. Immediate Strong Action on Company. BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND HELP ME TO GET RESOLVED.
