[Resolved]  Aircel — Inefficient customer care

i want deactivate my dialer tune.... i called customer care twice.... they told that the dialer tone deactivate with in 48 hrs... but not deactivated..... today also i has contacted customer car... but they are telling that this is the first call, we are getting... i dont know... what they are doing... i want the dialer tone should deactivated as soon as possible... we are giving the complaints... whether it is useful or not..... my mobile number is[protected]....

I LOST MY AIRCEL SIM NO [protected].SO IMMEDIATLY CUT THE CONNECTION &INFORM ME
I have an unaxpected experiance with the AIRCEL, after using long time the aircel number. I surrended the number because of inferior support and unusually deductions.

I want to inform you again that my SMS pack was activated from last one and half year and I never requested to deactivated that why it had been deactivated from your side and never I have been informed regarding the same.
As per rental I never denied to pay that even I don't see the bill and amount, as per the amount is told to pay from the Aircel customer care, your executive comes to collect and I pay the total amount to him.
Regarding the international SMS '00' has been prefixed that can be mistakenly but if the number is not correct it must not charged.

Here I want to inform you that I am not using the Number e, i. [protected] from the same time you blocked the service and I want to discontinue with you, So please don't charge me (For the month of march) from that time onwards and stop all the services to the number, as I have paid all the amount to Aircel, and I not responsible to pay any amount.
Please let me know or write the procedure to get rid of your network.

I don't expect this kind of support from the AIRCEL.
