[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrong recharge

I need to reverse my transaction through HDFC bank online banking for the transaction ref id[protected] as I done it the wrong number [protected]
instead of [protected].

In order to activate sim i have dialed 59059 but when i called it said me to call at 59059 on the line so wats the problem i want it to be fixed now

powerplay

with out knowledge the aircel takes rs.10 per two days. for powerplay. i dont need powerplay and i did not ask for that. immediately deactivate that. my number is [protected]

PAYMENT MADE RECHARGE NOT DONE

On25th june 2013,i recharged my cell No[protected] for Rs68/on line for full talktime in Aircell epayment .Payment from Bank is debitted from my account..But recharge not done. and money also not refunded.

Recharge problem

Today i have done recharge of Rs 135 and i get TT=0 INR, NEW BALANCE 6.12 INR, P.F 120.15 INR, SERVICE TAX 14.85 INR. i want to know why i have not got full talk time.and when it will be added in my main balance.

SMS pack 33rs in chennai charging 50 pisa evry day

After recharging SMS pack 33rs every day it is charging 50 pisa per first sms this information is not available in Aircel recharge screen. My number is [protected] Regards Jana
