I didn’t have any problem in your network, but past 6month my wife facing a problem in u r add-on pack (dialer-tune). We are continuously completing to u r call center but they simply said we r really sorry sir, we'll check it out and we'll get back to u are our Sr.manager will speak with u within 24hrs, but still they didn’t call me. this is happened long long back, but still I didn’t get any reply.iam not simply blaming, I was suffered by this peoples and I’ll raised lot of complaints to their customer support, but there is no response in your side, weekly their taking 10rs and the 2nd day again there are taking 20rs.we don’t need the dialer tune please cut are delete, if I’m blaming u then why should you have to refund the money. Such a bad customer care I never seen in my lifetime. U guy growing by us and your cheating us. Unnecessary it is charging monthly. I don’t have a problem in my number ([protected]); I have a problem with my wife mobile number, Call for me for the further clarification

Aircel dialer tones — No song only ring
My self gaurav singhania my mob no is [protected] i have activated the unlimited dialer tunes card but in the network of Ind804 the song is not playing the ring is playing on also i have try to call the customer care also automAtticaly the call is disconnecting the call the ivr is going on properly It must a be temporary technical snag my friend I think you just need t speak to the customer care to sort this out
i want to cancel my caller tune from my mobile.. what is procedure pls tell me...
u have deducted my RS. 30 for the dialer tunes on 15.12.2009. but not yet DT has come. customer care has not responsing me properly. they daily says me that i have forwarded ur complain within 6 hrs u got ur result. SO, its last warning for ur company that u have to give my DT within 12 hrs otherwise i went to the consumer court.
