[Resolved]  Aircel — very very very poor response

I am Balaji.I lodged a complaint to customer care of aircel stating that i have a balance of around 16 rupees.Suddenly they deducted 16 Rs. from my acvcount which made zero balance in my account.Still there is not a very clear response from customer care.I was very much depressed so i want to switch to other network.If still there is no response I wil surely change to other network and suggest my friends also to change other network.Take this issue into your consideration and kindly do the needful.

I feel very shame to inform you that one of your employee Mr. Mukesh and his assitant Miss shukdeep and Miss kirti is one of the currupted employees of your department.First complaint his/her just i was gone the information about your aircel network. He/she told me that our sweeper handle the customer and they give the advice our product. Secondly You have to prodive the sceme of your sim but they can't nothing of the sceme of our product.but before some days he /she distribute our templates and said that 100% gift of the every one sim.Same of your this type of emplyees.Addres of the shop-shop no.9596, Aggarwal city plazza, Sector -3. rohini delh -85
Please do the needful as early as posssible and infrom the same to the concerned department and the vertical head

Aircel — Poor Response from Aircel

Dear Sir,

Greetings,

I wish to draw your attention towards the false promises the mobile companies give to the people. I purchased an Aircel Postpaid connection on the 5th Aug 2009. I had also opted for an itemized billing system which shows the records of Local & STD calls & also the SMS's. However the response from Aircel has been very poor in this regard & I have received a couple of bills from their end which are not itemized. I approached their customer service on [protected] regarding this but in vain. The customer service officers too are very rude to talk to. I am feeling harrassed & need your help in sorting this out & also making sure that they do not cheat the other people.
Its strange coz getting an itemized bill is your right. I would suggest you to get to the nearest store and put in your request and also speak to the people available. I am sure this would be in place in no time….

Aircel — no prior information before changing the plan

Worst customer service providers. Information given by 198 and 121 are different. No information given before changing the plan Not at all good/expected from aircel, also I am using 4 no. Now I have planned to portout.

I put an 17 rupees netcard via *121# my balance was gone. But internet not yet activated.. I tryed 198 but due to over traffic diconnect's the call. My number [protected] Recharged date 29jun 2014 . Please solve this.
