[Resolved]  Aircel — online gprs

My name is sandeep n I trying to connect samsung s3310 to pc & for this i requested settings from aircel. they provided but when my mobile was not connecting pc, i asked them pc settings on call but they are not properly telling me the settings. Every time and at every call i am getting new information. so there is a big confusion. The customer care is not aware about their duties. from 2 months i am trying for the same but not connecting.

1.why i can't access aircel online pr instead using aircel pocket internet?
2.why some of the websites is not processed in pocket internet?

I have samsung SGH J600.after installing samsung pc suite to my pc, iam unable to connect to internet through my pc.when i create new interenet connection, there when i click on country OPTION, india OPTION shows there and after clicking in india, it shows four options(4 cellular operator)AIRTEL, IDEA, BPL, VODAFONE.my problem is that i want to access internet through AIRCEL SIM and this samsung suite is NOT showing an option of"AIRCEL".so plz tell me the prodedure.i will be greatful to u.so guys any1 can sort out my problem?

Regarding online gprs

After being heard advt of aircel to take unlimited net on rs. 98 only, i purchased a sim for net purpose from kamla nagar, agra aircel office. I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. and i saved all the settings. When I went to the same aircel office they misguided me and told me that we have added your complaint. After that I called several times to customer care they asked me to go to aircell office at agra (Customer care centres) to cure the problem. But these people dont know technical details. They again redirected me to Customer care. I have called several times to the customer care in the span of 3 days, each time different person are picking up and misleading me. Still it is not activated for me and i m feeling my self being cheated.

aircelgprs service is really very bad. I complain 2 cuscare bt they are very lagzy and nt give me propar ans. Plz solve my prob so i could get propar speed

yes the aircel customer care is very poor and the people who pick the phone for complaints dont have any technical knowledge about gprs. the management should provide a knowledged person to attend customer complaints regarding gprs only. i got an experiance regarding gprs settings to my phone samsung sgh e840. i send a message in the prescribed format and get the reply which says my phone does not support gprs. hahaha! i feel this is the joke of the year.

Incase you faced again Error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated error then goto desktop and right click on my computer and select manage. Then select device manager and select the modem. expand it to see the modem. then just double click on it and select Advanced and put this in extra initialization commands

and select ok

My name is Raju sukhaye, I had recharged the internet pack of 98 rupees on the 11december 2009.
There is a 25 rupees talktime amount on this pack which has not been send to my account still.I had called to the customer care center and also given the complaint 4 Times but they are not responding Please see after it as early as possible.

hi i am using motorola zn200 mobile, and i activated aircel gprs facility in my mobile, if i connect it to the pc the connection is active for 5 minutes and automatically disconnected pc.can u help me how to overcome this problem..
