[Resolved]  Aircel — Very poor customer service and false promises

I had been a loyal Aircel customer for more than 3 years till yesterday, and i had been using Aircel pre paid connection as their charges were comparatively good than other operators. However things changed when I got a call from Aircel customer care, the CC officer identified herself as NISHA and gave her extension NO as 7733- saying that she was calling from the Aircel head office Chennai. She said that as I was using the prepaid connection for a very long time she asked me to change it to postpaid with the same mobile No. I agreed. I was promised that by the next day i.e 0ct 17th Friday 3PM they will deactivate my old sim card and the new sim card will be activated IMMEDIATELY with the new postpaid connection. So i submitted all the required proofs documents and got the new sim card. Exactly at around 3PM I noticed that my SIM status showed as INACTIVE SIM. So I replaced the card with teh new one hoping that the new one has been activated with the post paid connection. however it showed the same status as INACTIVE SIM. What followed was a series of calls to the customer care both in [protected] and [protected]. The people there don't even know how to speak ENGLISH, so I asked for the supervisor or the floor manager who ended up being the same as the agent. Then only I was told that it will take about 5 days for the new connection to get activated.This was the worst customer service that I have ever come across in my whole lifetime... Finally I decided to get a new Sim card from a different operator preferably Airtel as I heard their customer service is good and that the people in the customer care KNOWS ENGLISH!!!...

One of the worst network of the India is Aircel,
I was using aircel from 6 years. Now also i m not satisfied with this network, So, I had a another two sim cards of Airtel & Reliance. I m the first person to rusticate this network from india.
aircel installation tower at rajasthan. many employee demand money for installation in kota(rajasthan).

i want to know a code of a song but u pelp dont have that code and u tell to give feed back but not

Aircel — they ask for too much of proofs

I lost my mobile in an accident when i went to spencer aircel centre they ask that your name only is there only he has to come orelse have a letter from him and give your proof too.
Considering the present scenario, Companies do have to follow certain rules which can’t be avoided. I don’t see any wrong in asking for proofs for a proper verification.

Aircel — service very very bad

all time not good net work but tax my cash all tamil nadu citizen cash waste
That’s very strange, I was in Chennai for a whole week and it was amazing service by Aircel. They have a great customer care, try reaching them for help.

Aircel — Very Bad Service

I am using Aircel Number, I have more thna 50 rs balance in my cell but when I am calling on an STD idea number it is saying that Number does not exist, while I am able to call from other service provider.

Why this is happening from Aircel?
If Aircel has give this type of service then Aircel Service provider has to block.
Aircel customer care are not supportive even theyare not ready to talk.

There must be some technical issue. Try reporting this to your nearest Aircel store, they will fix it as soon as possible.

Aircel — Poor Network & Service

Aircel claims to be providing great services and network. but i have been experiencing very poor network and services from aircel....nobody even answers calls at customer care centres....I request consumer forum to please look after the matter.

Hi Vishesh I think you should visit the nearest Aircel outlet and discuss al your issues with them. You will be a much relieved man after that trust me.
mera naam avadhesh panday hai .mai jaipur se hun aur mera no [protected] hai isko mai porting karwane k liye aircel vaishali nagar jaipur me gaya to waho documents wagerah jamma karke jo process hai batate hain iske liye unhone mujhse 150 rupees bhi liye chalo jo liya so liya par ab kisi kaaran se mera no mere khud k oprater ki chalaki k kaaran port nahi ho paa raha hai.kam se kam mai wahan 10 baar jaa chuka hun aur do baar porting ka request bhej chuka hun ek baar to meri khud ki galti thi kyuki document mismatch k kaaran mera no portabke nahi hua but maine apne purane operator me dubaara legal document jamaa karwakar kuch din baad dubaara aircel me porting k liye apply kiya lekin haalat jas k tas . phir tang aakar maine kaha ki mujhe porting nahi karwani hai kripya mere pais mujhe refund kar dijiye, to aircel wale kehte hain ki aane hamari service li hai ye 150 uske hain porting ka shulk aapka nishulk tha to maine kaha jab aircel ki koi service active hi nahi hui to payment kis baat ka
service bhi nahi chalu hui aur 150 rupaye bhi leliye .
kya hamaare paison ki koi value nahi hai mere pass abhi bhi amount ka bill hai ya to mujhe koi nirnaayak jawaab dijiye warna mai consumer forum aap sab ko ghaseetunga
farji aur chor company hai ek no. ki aircel aur idea dono
agar koi niskarsh nikle to within 7 days answer de dena warna aathwe din apne aap mai wasool lunga!!!

Aircel — bad customer care

this s ranji from chennai..
switched from airtel to aircel using MNP, as airtel signal is very poor @ my siruseri office..
my number s [protected] n using sony xperia x8..
now signal is good but service is very very bad..
i didnt get pocket internet settings from aircel even after following the procedures- sending sms to 57788 / from customer care..
contacted customer care nearly 30 times.. most of the time none attends my call / they respond,"ur problem will be solved soon".. and im trying to find my tariff plan none explains me that too:-(
this s really annoying..
do they really have settings for android phone? r thy ve money only for roadside banners telling "pocket internet everywhere"?
considering all these, it wud have been far better with airtel..

Aircel — Operator Services

This is Regarding the services provided by AIRCEL in Gujarat.
Since last 2 days starting from 10/4/11, even though my network shows full coverage and i'm able receive all the messages and make outing going calls but NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS.
Even after repeated complaints, they avoid it by terming it as TECHNICAL problems.
This is the worst operator present in India, n i would not recommend it to any one.

Aircel — call connectivity

In rajouri city area of J&K, since last two months one has to dial 100 tome for hours together to get a call connected. network has been fluctuating. it is so frustrating that some time one thinks to burn mobile & gave harsh slaps to aircel owners & servicr providers. even at the customer care executives donot pay heed to it. nobody hears or shows a genuine cause of the problem. no remedy of the problem seems in the near horizon. people of the locality ae either using MNP to switch over to other re;liable networks or change their sims. To hell with aircel.
this is voice of a dejeccted customer who really loved aircel once upon a time........

Aircel — Worst Operator services

this is my third complaint here regarding the same operator AIRCEL!
Its got the worst services i've come across.
I'm currently in Gurgaon, and have a Gujarat Aircel number on roaming. I'm not able to text or recieve any sort of calls from any operator.
On talking to customer care i'm being told i have 0 balance when i'v actually got 100 bucks in my balance!
Sheer ridiculous services rendered to a customer.
I've completed my 90 days with the operator and will soon port to Vodafone!
