[Resolved]  Aircel — Very poor customer service and false promises

I had been a loyal Aircel customer for more than 3 years till yesterday, and i had been using Aircel pre paid connection as their charges were comparatively good than other operators. However things changed when I got a call from Aircel customer care, the CC officer identified herself as NISHA and gave her extension NO as 7733- saying that she was calling from the Aircel head office Chennai. She said that as I was using the prepaid connection for a very long time she asked me to change it to postpaid with the same mobile No. I agreed. I was promised that by the next day i.e 0ct 17th Friday 3PM they will deactivate my old sim card and the new sim card will be activated IMMEDIATELY with the new postpaid connection. So i submitted all the required proofs documents and got the new sim card. Exactly at around 3PM I noticed that my SIM status showed as INACTIVE SIM. So I replaced the card with teh new one hoping that the new one has been activated with the post paid connection. however it showed the same status as INACTIVE SIM. What followed was a series of calls to the customer care both in [protected] and [protected]. The people there don't even know how to speak ENGLISH, so I asked for the supervisor or the floor manager who ended up being the same as the agent. Then only I was told that it will take about 5 days for the new connection to get activated.This was the worst customer service that I have ever come across in my whole lifetime... Finally I decided to get a new Sim card from a different operator preferably Airtel as I heard their customer service is good and that the people in the customer care KNOWS ENGLISH!!!...

i've lost my aircel SIM card,so i need to block that particular number.your aircel customer no. is not picking my call since weeks.i'm very disappointed by this service.kindly provide me the sollution ASAP.

Aircel — Very bad response from customer care

I have called customer care a several times. Each time i called up, i was told that the server is down and we r unable to view your details, call back later.
This is absolutely ridiculous, how can the server be down every time i call them. If the server is down then the complaint should be noted and the service provider should get back once they have the solution.
There is no respect for the customers valuable time. People sitting on the customer care help desk are doing their job and getting paid to attend us. The customer is busy earning his/her bread and butter from another work.
The server may be down once, but this cant happen every time.

Aircel — Gave different service instead of what i paid for

On 30/12/2011 I have complained against my mobile number [protected]. But i did'nt receive any call for the complain I lodged from aircel.

A aircel representative called me and said that they will deduct rs98 from my account and in lieu of that i will be getting 5 hrs of talktime for 1 month. I agreed and asked them to activate the service. Thay deducted 98rs from my balance but i did'nt receive 5 hrs of talktime instead when i called them they told that a gprs plan has been activated. When i told them the whole story they said that they are helpless. I would like to say that i don't need the service. Just deactivate the service as soon as possible and return my 98rs back to my account.

AirCell — Post Paid Connection: Invalid SIM

Dear Sir,
I applied for Aircell Post paid connection. I received the SIM and the mobile number ([protected]) however when I put the SIM in the mobile it shows INVALID SIM.

Aircel — complaint on customer care

no customer care member are responding for my call i was trying to talk to them for a week ago , no reply so i was complaining through this

Aircel — Poor Customer Care Service, Uneven tariff

Very poor response from the Customer Care. I directly went to the main Aircel showroom, Spencer plaza, Chennai. I asked for the last dialed call list of the October month. They said it will be mailed to you within 15 days. But yet I didn't get any mail or SMS till now.

AT &T — AT &T Mobile not working

I purchased ATT 5700 online.

After 3 months only it started troubles.

It's not reparable in local market.

Please suggest where shall I get it repaired.

AIRCEL IS THE BIGGEST MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE JOKE IN MUMBAI !!!

The only reason this so called "COMPANY" has customers is because of its cheap pricing. Try to get the smallest of help from their "CUSTOMER CARE TEAM" good luck.

The illiterate [censored]quot; that answer the phone do not speak English, wait for any reason to cut the call or ask you to call someone else.

I would tell aircel to save its money & my Blood Pressure & fire all the [censored]tards in its "PUNE OFFICE", keep an automated voice on its 121 option 2 to say "DO WAT U WANT, WE DONT GIVE A FLYING [censored]quot;

I have never EVER come across such "SERVICE" in my life & to think i pay service tax on my phone bills !!! YUCKKKKK!!!

Aircel — Recharge with 100 rs.

I recharged with 100 Rs. but didnt get money in my Aircel Ac. Money deducted from Bank Ac.

Aircel — Service provider is forcingly subscribing to various vas services and charging a hell lot of amount.

It's getting intolerable day by day.They are activating various vas services without my concern and charging a hell lot of amount.Customer service representatives are giving lame excuses.How could a telecom service provider activating various kinds of vas and charging.Please look about it as soon as possible.Thank you
