[Resolved]  Aircel Cellular — Refund of deposit

I had been using the Aircel Cellular mobile number [protected] as a post paid service. I terminated this number in the first week of Dec 2011 but I'm yet to receive the refund of my caution deposit. I have given more than ten complaints requesting for refund in the past month but neither have i received the refund or any proper explanation.

Aircel cellular — NON REFUNDING OF DEPOSIT

Dear Sir,

I have submitted an written letter to an outlet of Aircel for deactivation of my number [protected], at the time of submitting of the letter the outstanding was Rs.277, for which I have confirmed that the company can reduce the amount on the deposit I had of Rs. 1500/- and return the balance. To my surprise the snext month bill was raised for Rs. 406, and once more bill of Rs. 28.19 has been raised.

The customer care officers Mr. Anand(Escalating handling supervisor), Banuchitra.p, divya are not responding properly.

The complaint no. raised 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]

I request concerned people to take this issue very seriously and help me in getting back my amount.
There is some confusion for sure which is causing such an issue, try to visit the nearest Aircel and clarify it there. I am sure it will help you to get a solution.
if you deactiveted your number after the bill cycle date than you have to pay the current cycle amount with the tax (unbilled amount).its a post paid nummber so the bill amount will be calculated using pro-rate basis.anyways try to have a talk with cell city

Aircel Cellular — Wrong Billing & Fine for the same

Problem started in May 2010 with AIRCEL CELLULAR LTD.

I was billed wrongly & after lengthy discussions with numerous staff of aircel , the y concluded that it was wrong bill & that the amount would not be needed by me to pay , But ... the amount is showing in my subsequent monthly bills & fine for late fee is being charged every month. Collection agents are coming to my house and creating issues due to this i am mentally tortured , i am on the verge of quitting my job because of this, if i am unemployed then i would put charge on aircell for estimated cost of 20 lacs.

If any aircel guy is volunteering to resolve this issue asap , i may consider otherwise.

Aircel Cellular — cash taken in variable activation without my request

Dear sir I have one Aircel prepaid card.No.[protected]. The Aircell people deduct the cost from my account in variable acctivation.But i am not ask the acctivations.They make the above in their own acctivities.from 19.4.11 to21.4.11 they deduct Rs.205/=from my account with out my knowledge.what i can do,what is the remiddy,how could i met and solve this.kindly give me detailed instruction.

Aircel cellular — No action taken on my request for changing my Prepaid to Postpaid

I have given request to change my Prepaid connection to Postpaid connection and have provided my proofs for the same on 24th Sep at Codissia tower office in Coimbatore. Since there was no action taken, I have again logged a complaint on 30th Sep through Customer Care. But till today, there was no response. Please consider this as a complaint and take necessary action to activate my connection to Postpaid ASAP.
Note: I tried calling to[protected]landline number of Codissia Tower) but there is no response.

Aircel — Not refunding me the deposit

On Jan 21st I converted my above mentioed number from Postpaid to Prepaid and I was suppose to get a refund for the deposite paid which is 500.00 rs. I was told it would not take 10-15 days to get the refund check. However, the customer care people does not want to resolve my issue and now saying it would take 40 days. Where on eartth it take 40 days to give my money back ???? I tried calling their customer service 5 times and the charged me .50 for every 3 minutes. I don't know what type of god damn service they have to charge their own customers for the toll free call. I want to teach them a lesson so that in future others can get good service. They don't respect on calls so I would request you to review the call if you get the recordings. I hope this will be resolved within 24 hrs.
