[Resolved] Aircel — e-recharge | |||
I made E-Recharge two times of 68 Rs. from AIRCEL website, but I did not get balance and they charged me, after calling customer care the people replied me please visit our aircel store and even they don't know how to talk their customers, if aircel can't provide E-Recharge facility then please you should close your shop. I want my money back, why Should I visit AIRCEL store, I just want my money back. This is a kind of robbery and I don't know, how many people are robbed by AIRCEL. Dear,
U hade made a wrong recharge, bcz in Rs.68 you will get-55 Local/National min per month for 3 months, that's why u had not received main balance bcz its a std pack recharge.
So, plz go it with same.
