[Resolved]  Aircel — false offer provided

Respected Sir/Madam ,
I Indranil Bose a customer of aircel prepaid mobile service of west bengal telecom circle , my mobile no is [protected] which belongs to the mentioned service provider, i has been cheated by the company by providing false information of their offer . The compaly has a toll free no 1288 which provides information regarding their offers, in that the company claims to provide unlimited pocket internet 2g (surfing&downloading) pack for rs. 98/- for a period of 1 month, but when i had recharged that pack and after i had used for 2 days the internet disconnect itself , i thought that that might be a network problem and next day i called their customer care 198 from their i had been told that due to not maintaining minimum main balance of rs.5/- the internet service is been stopped but today 11/06/2013 after recharging an amount of rs.30/- the service has been restarted but after a minute it disconnect then i checked my main balance and i am shocked that my main balance has been fully deducted after that i called their customer care i one of their executive name manoj told me that the pack of rs.98/- provides 1gb internet data for 28 days in 2g network but when i claimed of their offer provided on their toll free no. 1288 he refused and when i told him to transfer the call to their senior he told me that they are all busy and they can't attend me and disconnect the call after that i called their customer care for 2nd time still i didn't got any exclamation . There fore i humbly request you to view my matter so that i could get my money back as service . The transaction no for rs.98/- recharge is wbr[protected] dated 08/06/2013 & rs.30/- recharge is WBR[protected] dated 11/06/2013 . Thanking You

Aircel — About the offer from aircel

Hi

I would like to inform you that i have purchased a Aircel sim card (ORISSA, Mob NO +91-[protected]).At that time they have told me that in this new offer everycall cost is 50 ps(incluing local & STD).This offer is only for 2 months. But it costs 1 rupees fpr local & 1.50 rupees for std call.When i want to contact with the customer care i am always helpless.


Please do the needful for the same.
I agree with you.They must tell these all in the ad itself. call the costomer care again & again

Aircel — Fake information provided by Aircel

I have taken postpaid connection of Aircel on 15th july2009 (wed) and submitted all document. from thus evening (16th july2009) the service started. then on Friday 24th july2009 they have disconnected my service without prior intimation which cause huge business loss. on Sunday 26th July2009 i have visited there branch office, they have told due to verification failure the connection has been disconnected (which was totally fake) they have told they will do verification ASAP again, then on Tuesday they have told your verification has been done and ur service will start in 1 hr but no service got started.

Sir, due to fake information provided by Aircel every time i am in problem and bearing loss every day.
in my sim first msg charge is 60p/s then there are only 50 msg free.
first of all i have lost 3Rs so i complaint to u all please check it ok bye
hi ...i dont think that these SITE OR wat ever this can help us...i dont thnk how many Complain till now have been solved...so guys dont waste time it useless better u go to consumer Court form...
