[Resolved]  Aircel GPRS — Bad connection of internet on PC

I am arpit and i am using aircel no.-[protected].I have a poroblem with internet connection using on pc.When i connect my mobile with my pc and start internet, after 5 minutes it autometically get diconnected by the server.This causes me a great problem.When i try to contact customer care they dont give me any reply, they simply say that contact our GPRS department.and i was unable to contact there.so please try to solve my problem.

aircel is very poor for working and it's a bed network i can't connect internet with my pc

Hello, I am Sourav Banerjee and my mobile no. is [protected]!!!
I am using Aircel Gprs and recharged with Rs.98 but I am not satisfied with it .
When I connect these with my laptop using NOKIA PC-SUITE(Cable Connection)
then it connects but it is too lazy that it opens google page even in 1 mins !!!
Moreover a message comes that (Your last call cost is 0 paisa and you have saved 60
paisa) which disconnects my internet. I had even made a complaint for these but these
customer care does not take any step for this...
I think that this Aircel service shouold be banned!!!

So.pls kindly try to help me what should I do for these problem !!!
and send th e solution in my mobile no.[protected] by means of message !!!

last three days before i ask to send a online settings for connecting a GPRS. but still now i didn't get any response for my requst.so i ask you send a online settings as soon as possible.

Aircel — poor internet service

I m using aircel internet service but they not providing me better speed.[0-1.5]but according to the company they are provideing 7 to 14 kbps so due to this i am not able to use internet.This time i was activated Rs98 plan but full month going useless.I have done many complain to the Aircel costomer care but till now no improvement i have got.[protected]
Well friend generally Aircel PI gives 40-60 kbps speed, I think you should refresh your GPRS settings, that will give you an improved speed.

Hi i am arjun.when i used aircel gprs when i bought the sim it was somemore faster.but after many usage the connection became very slow.now wap will also be disconnect regularly.

When i connect to the internet the connection does not stays more than 1 minute, it auto disconnects and when i try to again connect found the ERROR message " The PPP Link control protocols was terminated
Im gettin speed upto 31 download
Use mozilla firefox 4 beta.then install ultra net booster.for download use idm or dap

i[censored] r all like this means(slow net work connection means )u ll lost the some more aircel members it sure very poor customer care
i m asutosh misra 4m kanpur up and i hav purchased a prepaid plan of aircel no-[protected] 4 my internet purpose. and from last 5 days i m unable to use my internet because of no connectivity i tried to call customer care for help but 4m last 5 days customer care executive are so busy that they dont attend mycall.Pls help me out as i m suffering a lot without internet.
