[Resolved]  Aircel — cheating by aircel

hi, my name is sanjeev kumawat. Mobile number is [protected]. On 15th october when i bought 50 rs. recharge but within 15 minutes aircel activated miss call alert on my number and deducted 15rs. When i complained for this mischief, they said that they are right and will not refund money. I never activated MCA and used but still aircel is proving me guilty. Aircel is deceiving consumers and looting them. And it happened not only with me but with every consumer. Without any prior information they activate service and looting consumer's account and teasing them. Please help consumers so that these kind of telecom companies can not cheat.

I was a pre-paid Customer with Aircel for around 3 years. When I decided to switch over recently to post-paid Customer, I had around Rs.450 talk-time on my account. When I asked the Sales people how my 450 Rs. would be taken care with the new post-paid scheme, they told that I would be given a credit of Rs.750 considering the talk-time and related taxes I had to bear. Within a week, I got a bill for Rs.50 without applying the credit they had assured me. When I talked to the Customer service, it would be taken care. But, I find that my out-going calls were stopped without any notice since I didn't pay Rs.50, which frustrated me. When Aircel Contacted me, I had told them I am going to stop using their service unless my credit is applied immediately.
My request is totally ignored. I keep getting bills every month adding Rs.200 as monthly charges. My service is also stopped. I have sent email to the Company also. I don't know what to do now? I want to disconnect their service and want them to pay back my credit.

iam using post-paid. i dint activate std. but in my bill some local numbers is in std bill. but it shows local charges. every month i have 600 mins free local calls. i dint activate std then how can it shows std bill? lpz tel me the details.

Dear aircel
I ported to aircel on 9th Sept from that day m facing network problems in my area.
I live in jodhpur sardarpura and Ur aircel ppl tolde that new bts is up in ths area n by October I would recieve proper network .But til nw my problem is not solved .
U have a pathetic customer care service and really worst complain handling.
I would nt b recommending aircel to anyone if ths behavior o[censored]rs continue.

About Rs.140 has been deducted from balance. They say that I used Internet & that is why my balance is deducted but when I told them that I have data of more than 130000 left in my Internet data balance, they said that I was using Internet in roaming.. I said that I wasn't in roaming I didn't even go out of RK Puram, . then they say that I downloaded a huge data from Internet, but I didn't downloaded anything from Internet, I was just surfing the Internet, and downloaded nothing but one or two PDF files of size not more than 1mb.. They disconnected the line, when I tried again they repeatedly said the same thing.. and after that they didn't even respond to me.. After trying for a long time they responded and said that the Amount deducted will be given back to me., today I have received an SMS from DD Aircel that says that my complaint has been resolved, but my balance (which is deducted for nothing) hasn't been given back to me.. And when I tried to surf Internet they again deducted balance more than Rs.7, , I still have unexpired free Internet data balance in account..
