[Resolved] Aircel — ACTIVATION | |||
Hi, me Karna, working in a corporate company i'm using Idea, Vodafone, Airtel and recently i take an Aircel No. [protected], i brought a new sim and i submit my documents 3times for activation, when i brought it, they activated my number for 20days suddenly disconnected without any information, when i asked in store they ask to submit again a set of proof but I submitted my proof 3 times but still the problem is same, still it is in De-activation. Really i was so suffered with their service, I I'm using other services from last 7 years I never feel disturb but with this Aircel Service, I was very disappointed.... i purchased one aircel simcard no.[protected] from the retail shop at VANAGARAM - chennai duly given the proofs what are they need and they activated on the same day but after 6 days my outgoing/incomings are blogged . on enquiry with customer care no.121 they have simply told that they have not received any proofs till to-day so they blogged and also they are advised me to hand over proof at their service center directly . Again i went to the retail shop where i purchased the sim they told that only selling sims is their profession. My question is why the aircel company selling sims through irresponsible sellers like above seller(beeda stall type) without informing any proper formalities for ininterrupted service.

i have submitted all my documents but my number is not activating .dealer said " ur number would be activated in 30 min but its 5 hrs .it is not activating. [protected].
