GPRS — very bad customer service
i'm a airtel customer since few yrs... but the customer service is very worst now.today i spoke with 3-4 people in customer care dept. and they literally hung up the call on me.
this is not at all acceptable. and i wonder if any action is taken on this.
this is really pathetic.
