[Resolved] Aircel Ltd. — forceful Deduction | |||||
Sir, Using Aircel for last 5 years. 2 days ago they deducted rupee 1 from my number [protected] but on my complaint they refunded me the money.This time again they have deducted 5 rupees from my account due to some forceful activation on my number even after new laws made on this behalf by TRAI & when i called customer care,i found customer care number is not working.So I want You to help me get my rupees 5 back & get my customer care number working again. I guess you haven't read my msg carefully.Firstly, i never activated my vas & secondly after my vas was activated, i called your appellate authority for its deactivation which to my surprise they never did & the money was deducted after that.So i guess it is fault o[censored]r company.So please do the needful & refund me the money.
