[Resolved]  Aircel Ltd — Not Providing Unique Porting Code

Dear Sir,

My Aircel Number is [protected]. I have registered for changing my aircel number to other network for that i sent an SMS to 1900. I received an SMS from 1901 without unique porting code. I contacted aircel n number of times and they have took a request too & the due date for the request is 18/07/2011. But till now i haven't get any thing from aircel. i contacted aircel customer care they asked me to contact the local dealer, i contacted the local dealer too but they said there's nothing to do from our side.Again i contacted aircel but no proper response.Kindly take necessary action regarding this. Too worst service from aircel.

I ALREADY APPLIED FOR "DO NOT DISTURB" ON 04.03.2009 AND SEVEREL TIME BY PHONE BUT STILL NOW THEY ARE DISTURB BY PHONE OR SMS . PLEASE DO SOMETHING

I tried a lot to contact [protected] but the call is getting disconnected automatically. I contacted the nearest Aircel store, they said there's nothing to do from their side & replied you have to contact Aircel only. Will Aircel can solve my problem or going to do the same like giving frustration again to the customer by telling some other reasons? Will you solve the problem or not? If yes means how long?

Aircel Ltd — Services ceased abruptly without intimation

I am kiran. I am an existing AIRCEL customer since 2009. I bought my AIRCEL sim in Hyderabad but moved to Visakhapatnam for the purpose of education. Now that AIRCEL has ceased its services without intimation in Visakhapatnam on 16/1/2013, I had to face problems as I cannot even port my existing number. Please help me
