[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Connection — Complain against AIRCEL for deduction my balence

My name is Mr. Santanu Ghosh, having a AIRCEL connetion no-[protected] for atleast 9 to 10 months only.But recent the deduct Rs.100/- from my balence as on 22.11.08 and then i submitted my complain to the company and they give me a docket no on 22.11.08, time 8.46 a.m and the docket no is P00176806 and also give me the assurence to take 72 working hours.but still now they have no solved my problem . and also know about this company that they give assurence daily but they not solve the problem and also known that they all time give another docket daily to still now, but how time they take to solve my problem.i[censored] understand my problem so pls solve my problem. and evrything docoment in my mobile and their assurence, so please do the needfully.

my name is mohit singh and i am frm gurgaon.i am purchased new aircel prepaid on 24 feb 2010 and today is 26 feb 2010.they reduced my account balance for no reason.why this is happend.i cannot take any services activated on my number.why they detect my account balance.i am not happy with this type of aircel services.are they doing same like this to all there custmers.

I had purchased an Aircel postpaid sim from J&K circle Dec 2009. It worked till 28 Jan 2010. Now I am unable to make calls from that sim (Mob No [protected] ). You are requested to activate my sim at the earliest. It had produced all my verification documents reqd at the time of connection

Hi this Abhijit Dey from Kolkata and my number is [protected]. I am using Aircel Prepaid and it is more than 1 year now. They suddenly activated a Dialer tune service to my phone and I am very much sure that nothing went wrong from my end. It was a default activation from their end. I have lodged the complain for the same concern and their 3 different SENIOR SUPERVISOR assured me that they will give a feedback after 3 days. But they are too good in their work that they didn't take any initiative to inform their customers about it. After 2 weeks they again activated a FRIEND ZONE service to my phone and deducted the balance. And moreover when we try to speak to their SUPERVISOR they just have their tag lines "Our Supervisor is busy in a call please call us after wards" but how we will know when your supervisor is not on call that time. And another is "Our system is getting upgraded now" each and every time their system is getting upgraded. If this kind of service is provided by AIRCEL so thank you we don't need your service. Just come up with a good management ethics and customer support then try to launch up a company.

i am useing ur aircel connection last 5 years but now from ur side send me lots of free mass and free call. i requiest you please stop to do this other wise i bound to disconnect your connection. my mobile no:[protected].thank you.
I got a phone call from aircel, regarding having a dialer tune, i ask for specific song which they promise me to have on my number [protected], they also told me that you can set others caller tune on your no. too by pressing *9, but now when i like to select some dialer tune it gives an error that it cant not be selected.
Aircel customer care executive never ever pick the phone, even their website dont provide information regarding dialer tune selection online, it has a worst service i even seen.

i request for the dialer tune The show must go on by freedie mercury, Queen Band.

Aircel — deduction of amount from prepaid mobile connection for wrong reasons

on 19th march 2010 i received a message from aircel that caller tune has been activated on my number for 7 days trial offer for free.on 26th march 2010 i got another message saying that you were activated for free dialer tone service for 7 days. post 7 days you will be renewed at rs 30/mth.
i talked to customer care executive that i m not interested in dialer tone so deactivate it. they said that they r forwarding my request. but on 28th march 2010 rs30 has been deducted from my connection.
i dont understand what these cellular companies are upto? if they want some easy money then y dont they took the guns and demand money from everyone.
this is harassment of the consumer and it appears that nobody is caring about whts going on.
Is your DND service activated, if not get it done which help you in many ways. Value added services can get activated if you respond to promo calls and messages, thus DND would block all such calls and messages.

After tat april month my line was deactivated bcoz of non payment i dont know how, and i called customer care but thr s no response the customer care number i dialed is 121. 198. Sir.I am suffering some Sirius problem using aircel connection.
1. deducting balance unnecessary. In 22th april deduct balance Rs 20 and give me a message your subcription charge rs20 for 20 days. I conact to customer care.They told me a dialer tune activate in my number.But I never give any request for the dialer tune.but they says I choose it. It is my 2times problem as same.But your company does not refund any money.
2. There after your custtomer service officer said me use this service for 20 days. I told him chenge my caler tune. They give a cord number which I want.. I send the cord no to the530001 as follows DT 18763, Rs 3 deducted in by balabce. There after a message came to my number that was."Keyword not found" still that caler tune i not get.

so I lost trust about connection. Please look into this matter. otherwise i quiet this connection and inform to the Consumer Forum of India .

I had a JODI Aircel numbers [protected] and [protected], I got this from a local dealer. The year of purchasing this JODI PACK was 2009, i used this sim for almost one year and a couple of more months and for the past one month i didnt use this sim. when i switched over to this JODI PACK i got a note as INACTIVE SIM.
i really do disagree to this attitude made by the network since i got this sim for spending 500 more with a network note that LIFE TIME. but is this the right meaning for LIFETIME,
you are requested to see to this and renew the presence of network.

Aircell service stinks. Unethical business practice They are following.My prepaid account has been debited towards dialer tune service for which I am not subscriber. They are silent inspite of complaints made to Customer care & nodal officer for grievance redressal. I am now thinking to switch to another mobile service provider.

I have been with aircel for more than 4 years. My aircel Number is [protected] (chennai). I have converted my mobile from post paid to pre paid on 15-March-2010. But till date the same was mot converted and I am still getting the bill. Today i requested the reason and they told me that the conversion has been cancelled and the same was not communicated.
As per my last bill, the outstanding amount is more than Rs. 1000.00 but when I checked their system, it showed the outstanding amount as just 282.00.
Not sure which one is true. Also the customer care officver threatened me to pay the bill .else I may be in trouble.

Can same one direct me how to file compliant against Aircel?
