[Resolved]  Aircel — no deactivation of BB plan

i had activated the BBD plan but now they are not stopping or de-activating it. by the message "StopBBD" to 121.
there is a reply "203" every time....but with no results...!!

even after sending messages for the 4 days for stopping the Blackberry Plan on this no., they are not stopping it..

and also they are auto-renewing it every night...and deducting my balance.

I figure it out after serios lost of balance :) just put a space between "Stop" and "BBD" (Stop BBD) it worked
after sending the stopping sms "StopBBD"
the Blackberry services are not working and even though they are deducting the balance every day..

and this is happening for the last 2 days..
i want the refund for the same..

I am also facing the same problem.This is serious technical problem which should be quickly resolved along with compensation.Why is this problem still persisting if it has already been reported way back in may 2012 ?
Doesn't it amount to harassment ?

There is only a reply "203" every time with no results. Even the plan got renewed after sending the messege. And also the dedicated blackberry support number 1255 is not working.

I am also facing the same problem.This is happening from past eight months and i have change my mobile now i am using nokia basic model then too its getting balance when ever i recharge my balance. Its seriously problem
which should be quickly resolved along with compensation.Why is this

Aircel services are the worst you can find. See this complaint of mine--

TO WHOMSOVER IT MAY CONCERN

I have been using an Aircel SIM card - Delhi circle ([protected]) till now which I purchased in the month of December 2011. Till June 2013 I was in Delhi as part of my official attachment and from June 2013, I had moved to Coimbatore for a posting there. I was using a blackberry aircel services from October 2012 onwards.

For various official purposes i was travelling frequently and since Aircel was not there in many areas including Kerala, other districts of Maharashtra other than Mumbai, I was being charged very high amounts for calling charges and for internet connection. Since AIrcel had the worst network and since unfortunately i had taken this worst service provider in India, II had to bear with it and I couldn't port my no since I am not in Delhi. I will be travelling to delhi by the end of November when I would port my no but there are instances when Aircel has been using unfair means to extract money from my account without any refund and no response to my complaints. I would like to get compensation for it.

1) I am not able to make a call in the customer service no -121 or complaint no-198. The recorded message comes as "the number you have dialled is incorrect" This denies my inherent right to atleast register a protest/complaint against the service provider. Friends of mine who had used this service provider have told me that Aircel becomes non-functional when it is used on roaming. This is a violation of the terms and conditions the company has agreed to while providing the service.

2) I stopped using a Blackberry connection this month and immediately send "stopBBM" sms on 22nd October, 2014 as per the instructions given in the website of AIrcel, but even then they are cutting at the rate of 399 Rs per month for Blackberry services.

3) Til now i have at least lost around Rs 1200 due to this kind of practises by the service provider.

I immediately want a refund of the amount I lost and the blackberry services need to be cut immediately since it is being charged even now after sending "stopBBM" messages.

Corporates such as Aircel are adopting unfair means to extract money from customers. I would request Trai to do a detailed investigation to this case as a model and also the Consumer Protection Department to act on behalf of the consumers in this context.

(I am sending a physical copy of this complaint/action to be taken letter to both TRAI and CORE)
