WAP settings hardly arrive at time... When i smsed "WAP" to 121 from an aircel no., I received it the next day with a gap of 24hrs..

I felt like suing the company for its really tall claims & its really PATHETIC service. There's no option of talking to the customer care directly...

Also, to activate the internet service, it directly flashed a dial/sms to for internet connection. When dialled/smsed, it dint even ask us to confirm, but directly deducted Rs.98 from the balance. :x
PATHETIC again...

To new prospective buyers of AIRCEL sim, I would suggest...

VODAFONE is THE BEST as dont move on from your old service providers...(the Aircel tag line is misleading!)

hi me mukesh here i am very upset with aircel they nothing emprove there service even there cust care never attend calls i think bcs they dont have hav any proper solution.its my third consecutive month waisting my 98.and may more to come i am unable to conect my phone with laptop using nokia cell no.[protected]

i had activated [protected]@ 98 last week i.e 6 feb but still i donot accomplish any setting & whenever i try to call on 121 i donot able to talk to customer support personnels they usually ask all are busy

I need settings of pocket internet i use nokia 5130 phone and if i will download any videos and songs it says download is failed i dont know what is the problem is going on and it shows the error report please help me and solve this problem

My number is [protected] and from last few days I am facing issues with my Pocket Internet services on my HTC Touch P3450. The worst part is that I am not getting any assistance through Aircel's GREAT customer service on 121. Everyday I have to spare my precious time to call them 30-40 times in a day but can't get hold of anyone because the IVR system disconnects my calls after putting me on hold for 5-7 long minutes and if any call transferred to their CSR then their great Representatives will surely disconnect your calls in a great style they will ask you to put you on hold then you will get a prompt on your phone that your call has been disconnected. I am very disappointed because I am facing a big difficulties by loosing my emails and validity of this service which is not acceptable. Customer Satisfaction should be the main goal of a company which is not there in Aircel. Please Aircel resolve my issue as soon as possible or someone tell me how I can take my complaint forward. I am feeling very bad because choosing Aircel services my decision rather than Airtel but now it seems that that was my biggest fault. I am waiting to hear from you guys soon!!
