[Resolved]  Aircel Postpaid — Deactivate my mobile number

Dear Sir,
I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], another number [protected] in the month of march 2009. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

Please closed my aircel post paid connection [protected], because from 2 months back I am not using this connection because incoming and outgoing facilities not available, disconnected by Aircel,

I paid rs 660 on the month of December and I didn't use the service after the month of July .Executive called me on January to pay rs 83, again I paid the whole amount without using any service of aircel, I forgot to cancel as because I thought that I didn't use the sim so they cancelled my postpaid service however they didn't.Again customer support team is calling me day by day for the payment.What I will do?I been to aircel center and asked the same and they are telling me to pay rs 450 then they will stop my postpaid service.Customer care always call people to join aircel family but no one wants to give free advice how to cancel the service.I am a money making machine or what?Never want to use aircel in my life, just cancel it as i can't pay more and more money.My aircel number was [protected].

I paid RS 660 on the month of December and again executive asked me to pay an amount of RS 83 on January so I piad the amount.Again aircel team is calling me to pay some amount as I didn't cancel my postpaid service however nobody told me to cancel except the executive who told me to cancel the service as its not like prepaid where if you are not using the SIM the SIM will close automatically so I been to nearby aircel store for the cancellation again they are telling me to pay RS 450 .I was not using the service at all from August why I will pay for it.I already paid much amount and I am really tired of answering calls from aircel.please help.If I used the service definitely I can pay and I paid already RS 760 without using the aircel SIM.My number was [protected].
Iam using aircel postpaid number for more than 9yrs as of now i didn't face any issues on that now i want to convert postpaid to prepaid so i visited aircel store in Trichy they said is not possible now you have to wait for 8 months then they ask me to visit PM cell agent they also not accept my request since i have plan to surrender my number what is procedure.

my aircel number is [protected]. in the last bill company charged approximately Rs. 120. when i asked about charges they said it is due to change of caller tune 7 times in a month. but i still remember that i have not changed any caller tune during the period. the company is still refusing for not to refund the charges.

i also canceled my Aircel Postpaid no but till they are sending bills and they want to clear the last two month bills till they are adding extra VAS charges to my no. thats way i dont want do that

Aircel postpaid connection so bad deactivate my two sim due to the fraud company [protected] and [protected] i ask to perumbur aircel store they didnt response to me, they told me the reason server problem, if you not deactivate my account i will not pay the bills.
